H. Thompson was great. Called to let me know he was on his way. Reviewed the service he was there to do. Then after he let a know he was complete and informed me that my heater had an issue that needed to be repaired but was under my warranty.
(Waiting to hear from Crystal to schedule the repair).

I had a rep come out on a Monday to discuss our options as to what would be the best for our situation. We already have a working furnace but no a/c. We’ve been using window units for 3 years and worked fine but kind of a pain to deal with when it’s time to install and remove every year, and storing them. Anyway, we received a quote on Tuesday which was on par with other quotes. What sold me was the brand of equipment they install. I felt it was a reputable brand name product. Install was completed the following Monday. New furnace, new ac unit, condensation pump(no floor drain) new WiFi thermostat. Up and running by the time i got home from work. Very satisfied.

Spring maintenance on A/C. The technician was friendly, courteous, and professional. always have great service with Crystal! and they have fair prices.

Our system wasn’t cooling all last year and the power bill was insane. I had a tech come out and we determined I needed new parts. They didn’t sell me a system but instead explained what I needed and why. They put me first in an industry that all too often favors a big ticket sale.

These guys are seriously trustworthy

I have purchased two air conditioning and heating systems from this company. I trusted them which was my mistake. I purchased a unit in August of 2024. I had a friend come over for a visit and he said your heat pump shouldn't be making that noise when it turns off and on. I called the company to get their input because it has been doing that since it was brand new. They sent someone out and told me there was nothing wrong with the unit and charged me $97. I was told the labor warranty was only good for one year. I said the unit had been making that noise since it was new and I didn't realize it was not supposed to make that noise because I trusted the installer. The manager told me there was no way that they could refund my $97 because it was 2 months past the labor warranty. She said it takes that much money to get us Tech out here. The unit cost me over $15,000. Do not, if you use this company, trust them to make sure it's right. Call them out at any little noise you hear as many times as you need to in the first year or else you'll be paying also.

Mr. Rickmar was great, he explained my system to me and why it was doing what it was doing, things i should be concerned with and normal operations since we had never had a heat pump before and didn’t know anything about it and he explained in terms that I could understand which I greatly appreciated. He promptly fixed our system and got it running smoothly again! I can not thank him enough and we will be using Crystal heating and cooling for our routine maintenance and any other issues we may have arise.

We were having trouble with our 20-year-old system and contacted these guys. Fortunately, they were able to come out within a few hours and explain what the problem was with my system. We got a replacement one figured out quickly and we also shopped around on price and these guys were priced very well. The installation was just finished yesterday and everything went very smooth. Their customer service is great and also the employees are very professional. I would hire these guys again for sure!

We’ve had service from Crystal Heating and Cooling for many years. They are great at regular maintenance, and in emergencies they respond quickly and get up and back running ASAP. I especially like that I can request a particular technician….he knows our home and our units….it’s a friendship and support system I greatly appreciate! This is a top-notch company with great employees!

Our inducer motor was loud. We scheduled a visit and the tech was courteous, timely, and called ahead as promised. The part had to be ordered, but arrived and was installed the same week. My concern: why did the inducer motor on our furnace that was installed in May have issues just 7 months later? Fortunately it is covered under warranty.

What a wonderful company! From the moment they came to install a new more efficient unit they were friendly and very professional all at the same time. Beautiful job!! We look forward to getting our furnace from Crystal Heating and Cooling in the up coming year .. again-great job guys...A+

The furnace just suddenly stopped igniting, temp going down, but yet I could hear something running and wasn't able to turn it off from the control, which was kind of scary. So not knowing what was going on, I had to call after hours and thank goodness somebody arrived to check it out and explain to me what had happened....not that I can remember everything because I don't understand furnaces, but it helped to know what the problem could be. Thanks for the quick arrival time, and for coming to check on this after hours. The guy checked about everything that could be checked and made a few minor adjustments, cleaning some things, and I think the final conclusion was that the gas valve may be going bad. He cycled the furnace several times and it appeared to be running properly, but there is still the problem regarding the possibly failing gas valve, so as of now, I am only increasing the temp by increments of one degree, so that it won't run for too long of a time and possibly shut down during this period of extreme cold. After four days it is still running, hopefully until all this bitter cold is over. Again, thanks for promptly sending out somebody to check on this problem. You may be hearing from me again.

update: the furnace went out again after five days of running and of course it was late in the day, so thanks again for coming out so late to deal with the problem. The guy got it started again and both technicians have determined that it was a faulty gas valve, so I asked them to go ahead and order the new part when possible so it can be installed. I'm just glad that he was able to get the furnace to start up again, and so far, after two days, it is still running.

Had problem with a repair. They were back next day and repaired my heat pump at no charge even though it was a different problem. Anyone can be good when everything goes perfect the really good shine through when it doesn't.

I have been very pleased with all of the Crystal Heating and Cooling employees. This particular location is commercial with two units on the roof. The technician determined the problem, parts were ordered and the repair was made within 72 hours. This was not an emergency situation, but the attention given by the technicians and the helpfulness of the office staff were immediate.

Good work ethic. Timely and efficient. They did a great job ridding me of my oil furnace and installing a completely new propane heat/a/c unit. Very pleased with the job. Plus they cleaned up after themselves so I had very little to deal with afterward. Would highly recommend.

As far as checking HVAC I suppose they are as good as anyone else
I paid them over two hundred dollars to do heating in fall and A/C in spring
I ask about moving a thermostat not once but twice 6 months apart I never got a response
NO I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!

Great response time, Keith (technician) came out and repaired my AC unit and was very professional. Did a great job and very thorough I will use this company again in the future
