Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. My furnace fan was making a loud noise and I wanted it checked out. Brandon was dispatched, diagnosed the problem, left to pick up the replacement part, and returned within a few minutes. He had it installed a few minutes later. This all occurred within a couple of hours. I should add that Brandon had helped install a new air conditioner for me a couple of years earlier. It's comforting to know that the company retains good associates like Brandon.

Our experience with Arctic Air has been great and we highly recommend them! Not only were they the most reasonably priced, they did excellent work on the install. Further, Brandon responded very quickly when we had a follow-up issue and helped us resolve it.

We have had Arctic Air service our home needs for a few years now and have been extremely happy. Cody is our service technician and he is always prompt, courteous, and very professional. We will continue to use Arctic Air for all our home needs now and into the future.

Arctic Air has been providing us service for over twenty years. Last week when we woke up to 61 degrees inside Cody was here in a few hours. Always professional, explaining issues and options. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Artic Air for 15 -20 years. This is one of the most honest, responsive , cooperative and friendliest companies Ive ever worked with.

Some years ago my furnace went out, Brandon was out the next day assessed the situation and determined that it needed to be replaced, it was over 15 years old. Cody installed a new furnace the next day and with no issues.

Recently, I came home to find my air conditioner was not working. Brandon was out the day I called. Again he assessed the situation and after 24 years the old girl was done. Brandon was out the next day and had a new AC installed. And that is after he replaced parts 5 years ago to keep it in working order vs suggesting it needed to be replaced.

He gave me options and his recommendations. He didn’t try to sell me an upgrade or a unit I didn't need, as I have experienced with other companies.

Brandon was very responsive and when he was unavailable due to personal matters, he quickly coordinated his partner to take on the job promptly. Cody was punctual, personable and professional. Very pleased with the quality of work. He was neat and orderly with the repair. He cleaned up his work area during and after the task was complete. The payment process was quick as well. The team from Artic Air, including Ray and Brandon are fantastic and I can't recommend them high enough! We had a maintenance membership with a different vendor that informed us we needed to replace our HVAC system during our recent summer checkup. Because the price to replace the system was so extremely expensive, even with our 10% discount, I checked around to get a couple more quotes. I had 3 different companies come out and Ray was the only one who took the time to explain why our current system most likely went out, how he would recommend preventing it from happening again, and what each level of system offered and why they were different. Since this is our 3rd unit in 17 years, and these units are VERY expensive, I was appreciative to have the information and wish I would have found him when we replaced our unit the last time. The HVAC price was also the most affordable at Artic Air... Not that it was cheap, but it was the most affordable comparatively speaking. We have since canceled our maintenance membership with our prior vendor and will remain with Artic Air going forward. They are trustworthy and do great work. If you need someone for HVAC work, save yourself the time and just call these people!

We have used Arctic Air for our heating and cooling for almost 40 years. In the past week our spring maintenance was provided, and today we had a new water heater installed. The process was, as usual, seamless: from the first call for scheduling, to the prompt arrival of the technicians, to the quality of the job performed. These people are friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. The technicians take great care in protecting flooring where they are working, and in removing all trash. We highly recommend Arctic Air!!

Arctic Air has proven time and time again to provide us with quality services whenever the need arises. Their service reps are always accessible and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and outstanding care.

The first time our AC went out, it was a Sunday night and 100 degress. Brandon was out first thing Monday morning. The next time it went out, Brandon was back promptly, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it for the short term and give us several options to consider for our long term fix. I appreciate their promptness, professionalism and ability to work with us.

Artic Air is great to do business with, they installed my last two furnaces and central airs, my last one lasted 26 years, they were fast and met all my expectations, and there prices were in line(reasonable) other companies weren’t. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement or upgrades.

Joshua installed a whole home humidifier and did an awesome job. Went above and beyond. Removed old unused material, cleaned up everything, on time and had great advice HVAC and home projects.

Very happy with the service. He cleaned up the messy wiring. Hooked up the 5th wire on my nest thermostat. Replaced the humidifier solenoid valve. Professionally done.

We have their maintenance plan so they come out twice a year to check our a/c and furnace. We have an older unit and they let us know it is still working well and don’t try to push buying a newer unit like another local company did to us when it is not needed right now. We appreciate their honesty and integrity.
