I have owned my home for 44 years and a rental property for almost 15 years. I have used a variety of KC plumbing companies over the years. I’ve come to the conclusion that most are way, way overpriced. They run a lot of TV ads, offer free inspections, and then charge outrageous prices. Many times for work that isn’t needed. There are, however, exceptions like Sewer Surgeon LLC. I found them through Angi and they are professional, reasonably priced, and care about their work and their customer. This is the first time I have used them but I’m sure I have found my new go-to plumbing company.

Jay and Bryan did fantastic. The company responded quickly, schedule quickly, and finished the job quickly. I’m completely satisfied with the work they did and found them to help me understand the system they put it. Very satisfied with the company and employees. Lastly, Jay and Bryan were extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable.

Truly incredible service. Shawn was professional, and very thorough. We had another issue occur and had Jon come out the second time. Truly a professional in his field. Very honest and overall very informative. We feel very lucky that we found sewer surgeon when we did!

Sewer Surgeon installed my new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They gave us an honest assessment of the work required, were patient and very helpful when we got the wrong sized sink, and then worked quickly to get the right one installed. Would definitely call them again with future plumbing projects and recommend 100%

It was a bumpy start when we bought this house two years ago ! We have had plumbing issues for the whole time !!! We had lived with a flooding basement for too long 20 plumbers later and tired of over paying we found the quickest most reasonable team ! Aundre the owner was the first to check the problem and gave us a solution and dollar amount on the first visit ! Friday was the call appointment and deposit paid! An by Tuesday a whole project that has been a big weight on my back lifted ! And for that I am so greatfull ! Thanks Jay, Jake, and Aundre I would recommend them to anyone !!!!! They answered all questions and were very professional . Also quick with getting the job done . Again if you need anything done with the main drain pipes give them a call !!! Asap

It was very concerning to have to make an expensive extensive sewer repair. SS LLC was the third company I reached out to and I was so glad I found them. They were very responsive, very professional and impressed me as experts in this field. They gave me the peace of mind I really needed to move forward with them. The job was successfully completed and they have remained very attentive and responsive to any questions we’ve had. Highly recommend Aundre and his entire team.

My sump pump went out. Bryan was here the next day, replaced it for less than $700, in less than an hour. I watched him test it. Bryan was a fantastic tech, and the whole company was impressive from the first phone call. They were the only one that answered on the first call. They were also recommended by someone in my neighborhood. 11/10. I cannot say enough good things about them. My sump even has a plug now that indicates if it's getting enough voltage. I mean, come on. Hire them.

Sewer Surgeon did such an Amazing job repairing my Main Line. Aundre, the owner, was so thorough and professional. He communicated with me every step of the way. He even showed me pictures as he was doing the work. It gave me peace of mind to know that I had someone with so much knowledge working on my plumbing problem. Sewer Surgeon LLC is the best plumbing company I’ve worked with in Missouri. They was very professional and helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend you give these guys a call. The prices are the best in town and they’ll really work with you to pay as less as you can. I’m overall extremely satisfied with the price and the work and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Had to return an item I bought yesterday and Customer Service was quick and polite. Also, saw the offer for free carpet installation. So I scheduled a measurement for this week. Again the associate was polite and efficient.

12/28. Furnace blowing but not heating this morning. Fortunately not too cold yet. Called the office and a tech called me back quickly and then were at my house in a little over and hour. Found the problem quickly and fixed it and all is good! Again, totally satisfied with the service and happy that it could be fixed! Thanks, Brandon!

Always responsive and professional. Never feel talked down to or like I am getting ripped off. Have had them do my tune-ups for years now.

We have used Artic Air for several years. They have serviced our air condition and furnace ever since 2008. Always helpful, polite and always on time. Very happy with this company.

3-28-25 I plan on always using Artic Air on any of my air conditioning needs. Very dependable and always very good at customer service. I had a tuneup done. My tech was Cody and couldn't get any better. Great to work with and very professional.

Had 3+ other companies look at our broken AC & independently came back to us that it was a faulty valve. It was going to be $3k+ to fix and that we might as well get a new AC. Brandon from Arctic Air came out and knew that the issue I was told was the problem wasn't common in my type of unit. He did some digging and found out what the problem was, replaced just what needed to be replaced, and everything started working great. Saved us tons of money and earned a customer. Him being extremely knowledgeable about our unit, that the issue everyone was telling us it was did not usually occur in our model, and then fixing the issue, all within 24 hours, was so refreshing and a great experience.
