The team at Icon Pools is the absolute best. Our pool was sparkling clean all summer long at a reasonable price with no effort from me. They are all reliable and responsive. If you want to enjoy your pool I strongly recommend signing up for their services.

Initially I had water tested at ICON POOL store in Belton. Staff gave me solutions to issue... solved my problem. They had product on hand - competitive pricing too. Loaded chemicals in my vehicle without me asking.
I understand that this time of year is crazy with pool business. I also understand that rain knocks the schedule off.... but Icon pools worked in the rain! They are the best. Thank you Icon Pools. Happy Swimming. I give them 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Oh my goodness, these ladies have been helping me get my pool under control. I'm a newbie with the pool and not succeeding yet... I'm either no chlorine or too much chlorine. Lol, I wish I had the young ladies name that helps me every time I walk through the door. She is such a sweet young lady. She smiles and helps me even though I deserve an eye roll because I'm back again, again, and again with my bottle of water to be tested.
She walks me through the steps I need to do. Let's me know what chemical I need. I will be back, I'm sure, and I'll get her name and edit this post.
Thank you for all your help it's such a pleasant experience to have such nice people who are willing to help me figure this pool stuff out.

The perform my water analysis and get me what I need to keep the water clear and swim ready! Never over selling or pushing products! You can even demo a dolphin robot cleaner to see how it works for your pool! I tried it and I bought it from them! I love to shop local and support small businesses! Great staff who love to help their customers!

Casey was wonderful to work with . He ordered a new liner for us and removed the old one, which was quite a process. He was punctual and professional , and took time to address any and all of our concerns. We would highly recommend Icon Pools to family or neighbors. It was a great experience from beginning to end! Our pool pump stopped working so of course our pool was unusable. The response time was unbelievable and the repair was completed quickly and the price of the repair was extremely reasonable. The quality of customer service at Icon is top notch and I can't thank you guys enough for getting our pool back to running so fast!!

We had to wait for our new hot tub due to COVID but it was worth it. Icon pools kept us informed of the progress. On day of delivery, they were right on time, professional and informative. They set it all up, taught us how to use and take care of it. Love it!! And the extra for the lift assist top is well worth it, keeps your top off the ground.

We purchased a hot tub (Aspen Arcadia) from them and everything was great. Prices were very reasonable and the installation went smoothly! I would definitely recommend Icon Pools to others for purchasing a new hot tub. I can't say anything about their pool service as we didn't go down that route.

New pool owner here. Had a slightly cloudy pool so I took a sample in to Icon and they had results and a game plan to get me sorted out with a few minutes. Super helpful & knowledge folks. Only downside is they're closed on Sundays and lord knows that's when I'll end up needing them the most!

Nice, clean store with plenty of various supplies, parts, etc. Would definitely recommend checking them out for any/all of your pool needs!

Nice clean store and the staff was great, I went in to check to see if they had replacement hose's for my 15 ft up ground swimming pool and they did unlike Walmart, Home Depot, ect.

Icon pools has maintained my pool for a very long time, I am so very satisfied with their maintenance. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They just installed s new pump and salt cell. The girls did an excellent job.

I’ve been extremely happy with the jacuzzi (and so have my sons!) but more importantly the service has been the best.I’d like to thank owners Casey and Kelly for quickly answering my calls and showing up promptly at my home to solve whatever problems I may be having. They have always been very kind and respectful during these calls. They also have shown expert knowledge about jacuzzis. Prior to doing business with Icon I had been a customer of a much larger jacuzzi store in the Kansas City area. Although they sold their jacuzzis at lower prices their service was terrible. I paid a bit more for my Icon jacuzzi but it has been worth every penny doing business with a family run who are pleasant and reliable. I highly recommend this family run business. - Louie Monaco II
