These people are the best. For 4 years they have cleaned and maintained my pool only missing one Wed when it stormed. The techs and service team are very friendly, the office is helpful, and they brought me bundt cake this week!! I didn't know a skimmer from a back flow when we built but the Icon folks fix things and make pool ownership, low maintenance. Btw.. The red velvet rocks!

Icon Pools was incredible from start to finish. We needed a new liner and they came to the rescue. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge is awesome. Our new liner is beautiful! We chose the sunburst/carnival and couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Thank you!

I called to set up a consult appointment. I provided all my information then she asked for a email address. I stated that I didn’t wish to provide one and said I would after the appt. if I was interested in working with this company. She proceeded to tell me that her managers do not like to work with people who won’t provide email addresses. I started laughing and asked her if she joking- bc as a multi business owner myself, I know that’s not smart business nor customer service based business. I’ve had a few pools installed in different properties and never form the very first interaction with the company did I feel like it was going to be a hassle working with that company. Instantly, this phone call made me feel that way. Instant ick! There are so many pool company options around town, I won’t have any issue finding a good one to work with. It’s unfortunate bc this company was recommended so now I have to go back to the person and explain why they shouldn’t recommend them again.

We’ve had a great experience after finally getting everything set up and got a great deal. Jayce was wonderful to work with and we know we can always call up and they’ll help us out with whatever we need. We love our hottub. My biggest recommendation is to trust them when they give you electrician recs (we chose our own and it was quite the headache), so do yourself a favor and just call theirs for a quote! Jayce was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.
