Their quality of work is outstanding and they always have great communication. I've used them for lawn mowing, aeration, mulching, and tree/bush trimming. If there is ever an issue, Tanner is quick to call or text to solve it.

Tanner did a wonderful job of caring for our lawn this last year. He was always reliable and communicated any change to the schedule due to rain. We have specific requirements due to water collecting at the bottom of the backyard and zero radius mowers leave large ruts, and Tanner was very careful and used a push mower on that section so our lawn looks its best. We’ve had others do our lawn care in the past but none were as good. We highly recommend his services.

Top notch lawn maintenance took very good care of my lawn this past year. I was very impressed with how he cut and trimmed my lawn and also came and cleaned up my lawn this fall. I have too say that I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for lawn care thank you Tanner for a job well done. Until next season.

I use Top Notch weekly for my lawn. They are consist and dependable and do a great job. Tanner arrives, mows the lawns, and leaves before I realize he has come. He pays attention to detail, as well. I have small dogs. He is careful to close the gates securely every time he mows. He communicates well if the schedule changes or the grass hasn't grown enough to warrant mowing. Best of all, the lawns always look great!

I had Tanner, Top Notch Lawn Care do several jobs for me this past year, mulching and aeration and reseeding, he did an amazing job, we were very pleased with his services and will have him back next year. I took this picture this morning, the grass is still a beautiful green

I met Tanner via a neighborhood friend, who gave him high praise. Since mid 2021 I have used his services off/on as needed, which include, core aeration, whole-yard trimming, mowing as needed (I usually mow but a few times I needed extra help), plus snow removal (snow blower).
Tanner is easy to contact and quick to respond, polite, friendly, professional, hard working, and does quality work overall, and now with his licensed business, he accepts several forms of payment.
I'm very glad he's available in my area (Hazelwood) because I plan use his services as long as I need extra help. My husband is disabled and I'm in my 50s and knowing how reliable Tanner is, it eases my mind. He chose a great name for his business, because his work really is Top Notch. I really, really mean this.

Tanner and his crew initially did a very good job of cutting and trimming the grass. I mentioned to him and the workers that they were over trimming a lot of areas in the yard around the trees and other flower beds, and they said they would improve this habit. It continued and now those areas are bare and I have had to put down grass seed & water every day. He also raised the prices several times for biweekly cuts.

Also, any other estimate for work to be completed I felt was way over priced. For example, I asked him to put a few bags of dirt in an area where a tree had been taken out, approximately 3 x 3 space that I had already filled several times. He wanted $150 for that job whereas another guy did it for $50. I asked him to rake up the side of the back yard where my neighbor’s sweet gum balls fall in the Spring. Other guys have done it for $35 or $40; whereas he wanted $200 without even looking at it. After all these issues, he said he did not want my business knowing that I am a senior with mobility issues.

Jeff and his team have been my lifesavers. He offers quality service, excellent pricing, and good customer care.

This was our first year and they did a super great job. We are very very thankful for them and what they've done. I would highly recommend them.
