Great lawn care service dependable

A lawn company that is very reliable and professional in serving the needs of its customers.

They refused to work in Ferguson I'm not sure why very close-minded I guess they have all these other areas they work in but they won't come to Ferguson

So, there's a lawn that I've been admiring in Florissant since I was a little girl. I was super excited to see who's been taking care of their lawn, Complete Lawn Care. I immediately put in for a free estimate. I received an email saying "Unfortunately, we don't service your area". I reside in Ferguson, 7 min away and maybe 3 miles from that home and 10 min away from their business location in Hazelwood. What I don't understand is that the website says they service St. Louis county which I reside in as well! After they read this they may take St. Louis co. off their website. 04/16/2019

I've been a customer for years. Complete lawn care is committed to quality and excellence. I appreciate this locally owned business. I choose them season after season. We converse and address my concerns of the season and they come through with the perfect solution. Just once many years ago, I had an issue that I was not 100 percent pleased with. They fixed it immediately. Either it was the same day or the next day... can't remember. Needless to say, I never let that hiccup become an issue. Have been a customer close to a decade...if not a decade. If I'm quiet too long and forget to schedule my yard cleanup and gutter cleaning, Karen reaches out and ALWAYS asks if I'm ok, then we get me put on the schedule. As a customer, I appreciate getting their Christmas cards, too.

They do such a great job taking care of my Mom's landscaping. Great folks to do business with; this is my 3rd or 4th year.

My vehicle was hit a damaged by one of its trucks with a Hispanic driver. I wasn't given any insurance information and haven't been compensated for the damage done. I've called several times and was told they'd return my call, which they have not and it's been months! I can not believe a business operates like this!

Your truck almost crashed into me today. I was at a light for a double left turn. I was in the right lane and your truck was in the left. When we turned, your truck kept turning into my lane! I had to lay on my horn and slam on my breaks. Then you proceeded to still get in front of me and drove super slow. Very unprofessional and scared me half to death.

Ted and his team always do great work. They have done landscaping at several of our hotel properties and always do such a great job. I've been working with Willow Landscaping for 8 years. Their work is impeccable. They're very responsive to questions and requests for changes. Ted has incredibly valuable knowledge about all things landscaping and is always ready to give advice & make great recommendations!

Willow Landscaping was performing work at exit 11 (370 Mills Mall) when their roadside crew left a significant amount of debris in the roadway. We had a new 2023 fully electric semi truck traveling down the exit when the driver struck lawn debris and branches created by Willow Landscaping using Flail Mower on a skid steer. The debris left in the road damaged the air supply line to the truck, rendering it disabled on the side of the road. Photo's and video from the truck were supplied to Willow Landscaping for review and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage after supplying burden of proof. Willow Landscaping's negligence caused over $1,200 in damages for towing and repair.

Movers did a fantastic job highly recommend. Prices were very reasonable.

Very good quality work. Everything done in excellence. Professional workmanship. I highly recommend this business for others to patronize.
