From the booking agent to the movers, this team is about good customer service. They are timely (arrived early), always answered their phone, respectful, and did the move within the expected window. All of my belongings were loaded, unloaded, and arranged in the new property in sound condition. A good company to keep in the Rolodex.

I could not have hoped for better help. They were able to assist (same day) when heavy boxes were delivered in my driveway unexpectedly. They did so good, I asked for their help unloading a POD, the next day. Please use them but, don't abuse them. Their job is hard. I had Terry and Dorothy. They worked in tandem as a team quickly. The cost was competitive. They communicated and updated as needed They arrived on time. I was very pleased and will always try to use Small Movers for the not too large assistance with items, I can not move. They can even assemble purchases.👍

Got a date to have work done. Crew showed up 4 days later. Then left a lot of debris I had to clean up. Will be the last time I use this company.

These guys are great! Called for tree trimming and they made it out the next day. Quality work and they are very professional. Highly recommend!!!

The price was very competitive. I didn't have to be there for the quote or the service was a huge bonus for me. Definitely recommend and I will use their services again if the need arises.

I woke up to a large limb having fallen in my front yard and the street. I called T and L Tree service right away and they had someone come out within a half hour. At the time I called them the tree was still in the street, but some good Samaritans moved it out of the way for me. T and L still prioritized getting that limb out of my yard. Within a half hour of the arborist coming out, a crew was out to cut up the the limb and take it away. What started out as a very stressful morning became an easily solved problem and I'm so grateful! I've recommended T and L to neighbors and will continue to do so, while of course also using them for my various tree needs. Thanks T and L!

The guy from T & L that came out to give me a quote was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me two quotes. One for trimming a weaping willow and one for taking out the stump if I cut the tree down myself. The tree was to close to my house and I decided to cut it down. I called T & L to removed the stump and they refused. They said they only remove stumps if they cut the tree down themselves. I told him that I was given a quote and it was emailed to me. There was no mistake, i was given a quote to remove the stump if i cut down the tree. He still refused.

I am disappointed with this company. I understand they may have gave me a quote in error. But they refuse to fix there mistake. They gave me a quote for service and now refuse to fulfill their commitment.

Excellent company. Workers that came out were very friendly, knowledgeable, and safe. Did everything I asked for, including saving a couple nicely cut "table tops" from the large oak. Would definitely recommend to others.

They did a great job on taking limbs off our oak tree in back. We had 2 estimates for the work and they were both the same price so we went with T&L. They were recommended.

Very professional. Came out, we told them what we wanted and was quoted a reasonable price. We were not able to be home when they came to do the work, but we were very pleased with the job. They did exactly what we wanted and there was zero mess. Highly recommend.

Not happy at all with this company. I asked for a quote for tree removal on a property I was purchasing. Even though online it says free estimates, they told me it could cost up to $200.00 for a written report to recommend removal. Then thier own agent told me he'd never heard of a charge for a estimate in writing. The next day I received an invoice for $200.00 that said once I paid they would send a report. ?!!! This is a predatory company that is trying to make $ by cheating consumers. They were very unprofessional and rude to me on the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor business practices.

The Salesman Mark showed up same day.. Very nice person and Professional. He sent a proposal.. When i received the proposal, it was the highest cost. I emailed mark, mentioned that i was in no hurry and i had received lower estimates asked if they could do the work more economically at a different time.
