Very responsive and responsible mover. Also great value! I hired them to move from Public Storage in Chesterfield to my apartment in St. Charles. They did the best to complete the job on time. 100% satisfied.

I used Small Movers twice in two weeks and both times they were great. Terry and TJ were very polite and moved my things quickly with no damages! I will definitely be using them from now on.

I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They ruined the appearance of my new black stainless steel refrigerator with scratches so deep (many different huge scratches) and said they would give me $100. I said that was ridiculous then he said resend the pics and he would do everything he could to make me happy. That was Nov. 3 and I’ve never heard from him again. The price is great and the gentlemen are friendly - just be sure to check every piece of furniture before they leave. I have since found deep gouges in my dresser, doorways where you can see they knocked furniture into them, but the fridge was the worst - and they knew it happened and tried to hide it by putting my fridge sideways and saying it was so I could hook up the water line.

Terry and his team was excellent. It started off kind of rocky. But Terry corrected the problem quickly and even called in extra help to make my move a smooth transition the team turned a crazy day into a wonderful experience. Will definitely use again.

The guys, from Small Movers LLC, was very professional and respectable towards me. They also, had good quality skills working together. With myself being a Senior Citizens, I was given a reasonable quote. At the end of the day, I was very pleased, with the moving company.

I used Small Movers LLC to transport some furniture and appliances from my old office to a couple different locations. The movers were careful, polite and all had positive attitudes. We had an issue arise but they took care of it. I have no problem recommending them!

Terry was very nice and accommodating. I had to change my moving date last minute and they changed it with no problem. One of the best prices movers I’ve encountered and I’ve moved a lot. Quick and reliable. 100% recommend!!!✨

I am so glad that I used Small Movers to help me move from my home in St. Charles to Lake St. Louis!!! They were affordable and awesome. Very nice, patient, and efficient. They took care of all of my items and made sure it was all put where I wanted it and put together. I moved to a 2nd floor apartment and they never complained. They moved my items in a timely manner. I will definitely refer Small Movers to anyone that needs a moving company.

I would use this service again. Very communicative regarding a potential delay in service due to the job before me. The guys did show up on time, but it was nice that they gave me a heads up that there was a potential to not be. The workers were no nonsense, they came in did their thing and were out. Zero damage to my items or walls/floors. Very affordable compared to their competitors.
