I cannot speak highly enough of Mil-Spec Lawn and Landscape. I had an area in front and on the side of my house that has been an eyesore for years and also created a low spot where water sat and on occasion gave us wet carpets in the finished lower level of our home. Jesse came up with a plan to build a retaining wall to protect the foundation from water pooling and make it look 100x better. Price was very reasonable. He and his team communicated everything along the way and made it a very easy process. Showed up every morning on time and he and Christian busted their butts all day to give us exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond our expectations. Jesse Cook and MIL-SPEC Lawn and Landscape did an excellent job fixing my paver wall as well as my paver patio that had major damage caused by chipmunks. MIL-SPEC communicated well throughout the process, was very responsive, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend MIL-SPEC Lawn and Landscape!

More than 5 stars all the way! Jessie was very professional and allowed me to add on to the job 3 times once work began. The project went from two retaining walls to 4, plus a sidewalk and concrete stair tear out replaced with a natural stone staircase with brick and paver sidewalk, which I had him select. They were here when they said and completed the job on time. The end result has been better than we even imagined. I have some smaller future projects that i plan to have him complete as well. Mil-Spec built a new mailbox for me and it's beautiful. The job didn't take a lot of time and the results are great. Jesse and his crew did a really exceptional job and I would highly recommend them.

Jesse and his Son-in-law where great to work with. When ever I reached out to Jesse he always got back to me quickly. The landscaping wall looks great. Built to last! There were lots of different colors to choose from. The sod they put down was the best sod I've ever seen. Jesse has good contacts. I very much recommend MIL-SPEC Lawn & Landscape.

Professional and Phenomenal! I am so impressed with the transformation of our yard. After I was in a wreck several years ago, our exterior became overwhelming and nightmarish jungle. It is BEAUTIFUL again thanjs to MIL-SPEC! The pictures just don't do it justice.

MIL-SPEC did several things for us, installed a claw foot rub as a flower bed, built retaining wall to create a different flower bed and installed a beautiful sidewalk. We love everything they did.

Highly recommend. Mil-Spec was very easy to work with, great communication before and throughout project. Finished project was better than I could have imagined! Our drainage issues are fixed and we now have a large usable space instead of a mud pit 👌🏼

I was a winner of the Spring Into Action Giveaway by Partney Heating and Cooling. Their team was here bright and early to install our A/C, they even cleaned the filter and put in the new thermostat! I can’t thank you enough, today the temperature will be over 100° 🥵

They did not stay in touch. Would not return calls. Then finally told us they were waiting on one more part, then never heard from them again except through the insurance.. After 2 months we called our insurance and told them we wanted a different company. They were very nice when they were here doing the initial evaluation. Somewhat nosy, picking up papers I had on the table and looking at them. But I thought it was just a rookie move, as the owner told him to put it down and never do that.
Things just did not work out with them at all. Very disappointed.
Found someone else and seems like they are going to be ok.

I saw the response below and what they said is absolutely false. Them not returning calls etc had nothing to do with my insurance.when I call them they should call me back, should keep me updated on delays on parts etc. My insurance had nothing to do with them not contacting me.
One man actually told my husband they did not like dealing with my insurance, I wasn't asking them to. I asked them to call me back and I would take care of the insurance.
But...they are a contractor for this insurance which I have had for over 20 years and have never had a problem. If they do have a problem, then they need to take it out on the company not the customer they are working for.

Called Jason at 7:30am in the morning. My air condition unit went out in the middle of the night.
His crew arrived before 9:00am and replaced my unit and was gone by 12:00 noon.
House is cooling great. Excellent service, great crew. Thanks for the quick professional response.

I wasn’t sure that my a/c unit was running like it was supposed to. Patrney came out and serviced my unit. They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of my older air conditioning unit. Everything is working well now and our home and family are staying cool.
