I had newcomer come out to clear a sewer line from my house to my tank. They said everything looks good and I should get my tank pumped. They did not offer this service. I contacted another company in have the tank pumped. Within a week my sewer was backing up again. I called newcomer and left two messages with no call back. I finally reached Jay newcomer and he stated his equipment was broke and he was sick and could not come out. I contacted Cooter's in Lathrop Missouri. They said I had a cow belly in my line and it needed to be replaced. This would have been nice to know from the beginning. Newcomer is very polite company however they're not who I would recommend For assistance with your plumbing
