DO NOT Do business with this company. During an inspection, they rendered my septic system inoperable. They tore up my yard, and left pieces lying on the ground beside it, and said it is ruined. Sure was... after they got done with their digger.... Stay far away.

This company was hired by someone interested in purchasing our home. He came onsite, never actually inspected anything, then reported a "failed inspection" and recommended a complete new system to the buyers. As you will see on his previous reviews, he is notorious for failing septic systems so people will purchase a new one from him. He marked things unacceptable that he had never even looked at, if that's not fraud, i'm not sure what is. Luckily for him, we had interested back up buyers who were not intimated by his false claims. I feel sorry for anyone who misses out on an opportunity for a great home because this man lies to make more money. Disgusting business practice.

I wouldn't even give this person one star if I could. He was hired to do an inspection on my septic tank for a realtor. It was clear that he didn't even touch my septic system because in order to that he needed to lift the lid. (see attached picture...circle on the left is where the lid is, the right circle is for emptying the system) He gave false information to the realtor about my septic system that cost me the sale of my home. He claimed that there were no drains which I know for sure there are because I have had them pointed out to me prior to having heavy equipment in my yard. It was a must to know the location to not break the drain field. Lastly, he claimed that the type of septic system was incorrect for its location. How would one know that without inspecting the system. He saw a desperate couple wanting to purchase a house and he lied to them about the septic system so they would use his services. He is a fraud and doesn't deserve anyone's business. Please do not use this company!
