We had a sewer back up in our house and our home warranty company sent out another company who said our main sewer pipe through the house all the way out to the street had collapsed and was going to charge us 26,000 to fix it. I got Dan's number from a friend and he called me that day, Dan was at my house at 830am the next morning and sent his camera through all our pipes and let us watch the whole thing. There was no collapse at all there was actually a complete block at the street that KCMO is paying to fix. If it wasn't for him my mom and I would have stroked out trying to figure out how to pay 26k to fix it. Dan is a miracle man who saved our sanity, money and stress levels. He charges a very fair amount and is so nice and honest about everything!! I will never use another plumber except for him and I'll tell everyone I can that if they need a plumber to use him!!

Can't give this company enough praise. Dan was very knowledgeable and his diagnosis ended up being 100% right. He's fair priced and charged for exactly what he said he would. I call plumbers all of the time for work and will be calling him in the future, as well as passing on his name to others that do. 5 stars and a class act!

Gene was here within 15 minutes of calling for a backed up kitchen sink! He cleared the clog and made sure all the pipes were clear. He also cleaned afterwards. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Had a giant leak this morning which started the day at stress level 10. A coworker gave me Dan's name and number so I (sceptically, due to multiple bad experiences) gave him a try. Dan came out this afternoon and renewed my faith in service companies. I was certain I had a split drain line from the toilet but he quickly looked everything over, had his co-worker run the shower and flush the toilet multiple times with no leak. I would love to say he magically fixed it but he diagnosed the problem a bad wax ring on the toilet indicating the conditions this morning were probably just right to cause the leak. He indicated, as I knew the ring was easy enough to replace but suggested oversized ring as tile has been added to the bathroom floor so would have left a gap which I should also have known as I changed it last time. Dan spent 30 minutes looking over every and anything else that could have been the culprit. When I ask him how much I owed him for his time, trouble and advice he refused a penny. It is truly refreshing to have honest business owners available that I have no doubt I will need again at some point.

Dan is a HERO! After having multiple other bozos to our house that had no idea what they were doing, spitting out ridiculous prices, we then found Dan with Drain Cleaners LLC. He was very knowledgeable, he was also responsive on a weekend, he walked and talked me through his whole process of deducing the problem, fixed the problem, and was exceptionally reasonably priced. All of my neighbors have the same problem and they are all sad that they had not met Dan first. I won’t call anyone else ever.

We had a kitchen sink clog that we tried to fix for a couple of days, but was beyond our DIY skills and got worse by the weekend. Dan was able to schedule us for drain cleaning on a Sunday. He is friendly, efficient, and very accommodating to your schedule. Thanks again Dan!

I had a great experience with Drain Cleaners LLC. Jon Sutter was professional, timely and followed up to make sure I had a great experience. The technicians that arrived on site (Gene and Mike) quickly unclogged my main line and were professional and polite. I also received a free camera service that allowed me to see where a break in my main line was. This was by far the best experience I've had with a plumbing service. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Dan and his associates. My fiancé and i just bought our first home and it's had extensive repairs needed in the first two months. Gene was wonderful! He called before he came and made us aware that his previous job was running a bit behind so he was respectful of our time by not wasting it. Once he arrived he was very thorough and answered all of our questions and explained the process along the way. He was very informative and qualified and talked to us in layman's terms to help us understand. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and even gave us tips to help us save money on our own. We've also talked with the owner, Dan, on several occasions and he has been just as easy to work with. Dan, Gene, and their team was absolutely fantastic. We had been having issues with our drains getting backed up for weeks. After five different technicians from a corporate company trying to solve the issue and failing, we were recommended to Drain Cleaners by a neighboring business and they came out immediately. Within 30 minutes they solved the issue, showed us exactly what the problem was, and advised us on how to avoid it. I can't say enough about how professional and accommodating they are!
