We called late at night and Jim came out without hesitation! He is a great, very knowledgeable guy. He gave us good advice on how help our old unit survive in this heatwave! We would recommend him to anyone!

Jim is awesome! He is very quick to respond, which is very important, especially for the hottest day in the heat of the summer. My AC went out, and it was not blowing cold air. He's extremely fair with pricing. If it can be fixed, he will do it with a quickness. He's hardworking, honest, fair, and kind. He even showed me how to clean the AC unit without taking the whole thing apart. No chemicals are needed, just a hose and water. She may be old, but she runs like a champ or TRANE. I had newcomer come out to clear a sewer line from my house to my tank. They said everything looks good and I should get my tank pumped. They did not offer this service. I contacted another company in have the tank pumped. Within a week my sewer was backing up again. I called newcomer and left two messages with no call back. I finally reached Jay newcomer and he stated his equipment was broke and he was sick and could not come out. I contacted Cooter's in Lathrop Missouri. They said I had a cow belly in my line and it needed to be replaced. This would have been nice to know from the beginning. Newcomer is very polite company however they're not who I would recommend For assistance with your plumbing

Contacted Newcomer Plumbing Monday morning because we had sewage water flooding our basement and garage Sunday night and we had to shut our water off completely. We make an appointment for Tuesday afternoon around 2 o’clock and Kent shows up, gets his equipment out and realizes he’s missing an important part to his equipment to be able to try to push whatever’s clogging our system up down the pipe and get it unclogged, so he spends the next 45 minutes to an hour trying to find said part and finally says that someone he knows should have the part he’s missing so he was going to ask to borrow it and try to come back either Tuesday night or Wednesday to start working. Calls Tuesday night and says he can’t make it back till the next day, Wednesday, at 2. 2 o’clock Wednesday rolls around and he doesn’t show up. Finally my brother gets ahold of him around 4:30 and Kent says that he couldn’t find the part at a hardware store so he wouldn’t be able to come back that day after all. My brother calls them Thursday morning right when they open and the person he talked to says they had to order the part and it wouldn’t get there until Friday. So instead of being honest about how he didn’t have the part he’d need to do the job, he decided to make us wait even longer for running water instead of just referring us to someone who could get the job done sooner. If he’d had our best interest in mind instead of making us wait for running water so he could get paid, then I wouldn’t have such an issue with this company. Overall lack of communication and poor customer service. Would not recommend this business for any urgent plumbing needs.

Just wanted to thank David for fixing our plumbing here at Lawson Tax and Accounting in Lawson. He did an awesome job and we would highly recommend him.

Tucker came and serviced my tankless hot water heater. He was very professional and completed some tasks that were not very obvious as to why my heater was not working 100% of the time. Been a couple weeks now and everything has been running perfectly. Would recommend Newcomer Plumbing to anyone.

I have been using Newcomer Plumbing for over a year now for many different plumbing projects around the Farm. The entire Newcomer team is very professional and responsive. They have installed 100s of feet of under ground water main extensions, sewer pipe, gutter drainage pipe, etc. They have also taking on task such as new Instantons Hot Water System and Sub Pump Install. All of the pricing has been very fair along with great quality.

I think what I am pleased with more than anything else is the level of communication and dedication of everyone to provide an outstanding experience to the customer.

Brian came to my house to fix a leaking kitchen sink and completely replace a bathroom faucet. He was pleasant and professional. My house was built in 1969 and the bathroom sink was a rusty mess! I am 100% satisfied with the quick response time, amount of time the repairs took and the amount I paid! I definitely recommend Newcomer Plumbing!

Kent was very friendly efficient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the possible problems and solutions. He was able to identify the problem with our water heater quickly, repair it quickly, and for a reasonable price. Newcomer Plumbing will be our first call from now on and I'll probably request Kent.

We had a major sewer problem that not only clogged our downstairs toilets but also backed up into the bathtub. It was super disgusting. We called around and several people, including our pastor, suggested Newcomers. We called and they came out the next morning. They would have came the same day but they were already lined up with jobs. The service was extremely professional. He's even going to come back to install a new toilet for us. The price was far less than we were anticipating. All in all it was a very sweet man that helped us and we were very satisfied. I would highly recommend Newcomer's Plumbing to anyone who asks.

I needed a toilet replaced immediately.  The tank was leaking and I had a house full of guests.  I also wanted a taller toilet to accommodate the needs of an elderly guest. Newcomer Plumbing arrived 15 minutes after my call, had exactly the toilet I wanted and installed it quickly.  I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.  I won't be using any other company.

We were having backup problems, I called Newcomers and they were out the next day. Kent arrived on time and Aaron joined him later, which was on a Friday. We needed to have some major work done and Aaron scheduled it for Monday. Kent's son and another plumber, I can't recall his name, arrived on time. They explained everything they were doing. They were all professional and very nice. In the future, if need be, we will call Newcomers plumbing.

Just had a great experience with Newcomer plumbing this week. Showed up early, had good recommendations for my needs and executed with great workmanship. I already scheduled them for another project next month.

My wife left a positive review not long ago, but Newcomer Plumbing deserves another. After Kent repaired the thermostat in our water heater last month, it unfortunately began having the same issue recently. Kent responded back this morning and was very apologetic for the trouble. He determined that although the thermostat was brand new, it was faulty from the manufacturer (or there is a deeper issue in the internal wiring of the tank). He replaced it again and didn't charge us a penny. Per my request, he also gave us a very reasonable estimate for a new tankless system if we continue to have issues with our current tank. As long as all of their technicians are as good as Kent, Newcomer Plumbing with be the only company we call.
