Reviews of local pros in Holt, Missouri

We recently had plumbing work done at Lawson United Methodist Church, and we are incredibly pleased with the service we received. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
Our technician, Jim, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was courteous and respectful of our church property, and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. His knowledge and attention to detail were clear from the start. Jim approached the job with both expertise and a positive attitude, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and we truly appreciated that.
As a church, we value working with companies and individuals who demonstrate integrity and care, and Paul and his team exceeded our expectations. We are grateful for the excellent service and would confidently recommend this plumbing company to anyone—whether for residential or commercial needs.
Thank you, Jim, for your hard work and professionalism. You’ve gained our trust and our future business.

My hot water heater went out unexpectedly. I saw many recommendations for Newcomer in our neighborhood facebook page. They scheduled me within 24 hours. Upfront pricing, no up charges.

Newcomer Plumbing was easy to contact and then ultimately set up a consultation. They didn't try to sell me anything, just gave honest opinions of what i need and what was possible. Easy to schedule the install appointment and the service master technician did excellent work, was extremely kind, and install was faster than i expected. Cannot recommend enough!

Overall great experience. Did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner and for the cost they quoted. Highly recommend.

They called ahead, arrived on time, installed all beautifully and cleaned up everything. Excellent service! Will recommend!!

The City of Holt recently used Newcomer Plumber to use a camera to diagnose main drain line. We were very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. From start to finish, communication was clear, and they arrived on time and prepared. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Called Newcomer Plumbing because of a clogged drain and had a scheduled date and time in the hour. The problem was not an emergency, but the plumber was here in just a couple days. The tech was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I knew the cost up front - no surprises. Would recommend this company for any plumbing need.

Jim inspected our plumbing system for leaks. Repaired two quickly. He tested our water and provided options for softening. Very knowledgeable.

Came out and did estimate which was much better than the other ones we got. We scheduled the work- which was the very next week. Same man came and did the work. He was very competent and pleasant! VERY pleased with the work! I recommend Newcomer plumbing to anyone who needs work done! Fair price and good work! We will keep them on our list if we need another job in the future.

We’ve used this plumber a few times. I feel that they are honest guys who do a good job. We’ve had multiple services done when we first moved into our home. Everything they fixed has not had issues since then (3.5 years ago).
Then I’ve called them a couple other times to come out. They’ve always been respectful and timely.
Not sure how their pricing compares to others but oh well lol.

I would like to thank Jason for coming out on a Saturday and fixing my problem. I will be using this business for any future issues I have and recommending to everyone. Thanks again.

He was great. He cleaned our main drain out for us. Will definitely use him for anything else we may need.
