Very happy with the customer service. My hot water tank made by Rheem was having issues, and Rheem suggested I call a plumber out to diagnose it, as they do not have a "partnership" with anyone in the area. Jamison Plumbing was able to come out the next day and take a look at it. They are going to work with Rheem for the warranty work and handle the claim with them, and let Rheem pay them vs me having to be reimbursed. They were professional, very courteous, and made sure that I didn't have any unanswered questions. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Jamison plumbing fixed a shower problem that another contracter cause from 10 years ago. Mr Jamison looked at the problem, had to do some research, fixed 2 other problems with my house plumbing and still managed to come in under half the amount the original contractor was going to charge to fix their mistake. SOO!!! Thankful :) I digress, but a couple years ago after placing a service request for my main drain backup, (raised ranch with finished family room with berber carpet waiting in the wings) my home warranty company told me they were unable to locate an available plumber. They agreed to let me find my own and reimburse me. I "googled" plumbers for Smithville and found Jamison Plumbing served this area and called. Jason worked me in and came out by afternoon and ran the main line, thankfully! alleviating the issue before any damage was done, and worked with my warranty company! This time around it was somewhat self-inflicted, if you will, I attempted to remove and replace my KT faucet with a fun new one I'd purchased at Home Depot to update (online reviews went on about how easy the faucet was to install...), never guessing what difficulty I'd encounter trying to remove a 19 year old faucet. After finally managing to unscrew the hot and cold water supply lines, with KT shut offs totally turned off tight...I had a fountain and had to shut off water to entire house. I had Jason's fridge magnet card from 2 years ago and texted him the next day at work and he called me back (on Friday!! ). He said he had a couple of service calls to go but he could make it by tonight. I was amazed on a Friday - had to ask to make sure I heard right! He said he wouldn't have me be without water for the weekend! He came and fixed my leaks/shut offs and installed my new faucet starting at 9:45 pm Friday night after a very long day I am sure and long week! It's beautiful:) and I was /am Eternally grateful for having water again!! Great to have a Hot shower Sat. a.m. and not have to go stay somewhere else and wait till like Wed. (maybe?) for home warranty Co. in TN to still be trying to figure it out. Amazing service!! We had a regulator in our pipes go bad in our basement the night before and water was spraying everywhere, so we had to turn our water off completely. I called Jamison the next morning and he said he would be there that afternoon (which he ended up coming earlier that he said he would). Not only did he fix our regulator and get our water turned back on, but he also gave us some helpful hints on our water filter and our leaky shower that we had been having trouble with for several months. We will for SURE be calling him again for any plumbing needs!

Professional, excellent to deal with, really cares about his customers and follows through on his repairs! Jason stayed at our house all day long IN THE 100 DEGREE HEAT and late hours after dark just to get the job complete.

We had Jason out to replace a valve and he was very friendly and responsive, then we began remodeled our kitchen and main floor bath. Jason did come out late on a Saturday to repair an emergency leak and we were very thankful. Then he was schedule to come on Friday to do all the major work needed, prior to our drywall being put back up. He did not show or call on Friday. When my husband text him Saturday he text back that he would come out Monday. No call or text and no show again on Monday. He did not respond on Monday to our text and voicemail messages. Tuesday morning he responded to Mondays text saying he would be out later in the week. We hired another plumber.

I got to say thank you so much to jamison plumbing!! We live next door to him and our pipes froze. My husband had to work and I had no idea what I was doing but Jamison took time out of his day to come over and help me figure out what the problem was. He was helping me thaw out the pipe when it split. He came back over on his own time and fixed it for us!! He did not have to do this and I am so thankful that he did.

I normally do all of my own home repairs and hated to have to call a plumber to squeeze into my very shallow crawl space to fix a busted water pipe. Due to health issues, crawling in 3 inches of mud, in the winter, by myself, to repair the pipe was not a good idea. I called 10 plumbers and Jason was the only one willing to help. Jason charged me less than I expected and I had to add $60 to his bill because I would not have done this job for what he was going to charge me. Jason was professional and courteous. My wife and I moved into our first home 3 months ago, this last week we noticed we had water accumulating and soaking our basement carpet. We had a different plumbing company come out to look into it, twice, and they dismissed any plumbing issue. We called Jamison Friday at 6:00 and he was here to help Saturday morning at 8:00! He found our problem in a matter of minutes and explained to us why it was occurring. He fixed our problem right there, since there was a issue with how the lines were setup he also provided us with a few, affordable, permanent solutions.

I called Jamison Plumbing around 3 this afternoon due to a clogged floor drain. He was heading to a job, but promised he would come by afterwards. Jason returned my call and arrived about 7pm. He thoroughly cleared out the clog. Made certain everything was flowing good, and charged a very reasonable price as well as answering all my questions regarding other plumbing issues I was having. 6 years ago I called about my sump pump going out and I called Jameson Plumbing. Jason came out and did an excellent job. We had a few minor complaints about the pump that went out as well as its installation. He listened to what we said and corrected all of the mistakes made on the other installation. Well it went out again. It ran its life cycle which is normal. He came out, did again the same as before and we were very happy with his installation and charges. We will never call anyone else. This is the most honest, reliable, mild mannered man I have met. If you need it, he can do it and do it right. A quality company and owner

Came to my residence 20 minutes after the call on a Sunday. Experienced professional, very personable, reasonably priced, fixed my mistake right away and even cleaned up the AC before leaving. Will use for all HVAC going forward. A++ I highly recommend.
