I had the same experience as the last Google Review. They canceled last minute and did not show up. I would not recommend them as they will likely waste your time.

From our experience, we have used them two different times within a four year period...they did a great job.

Have used Aim to Amaze several times over the years and referred them to several friends. Other than tree work they have delivered gravel and did some concrete work!
    Thanks guys!😊

Polite and professional workers. Had to reseed grass myself but company reimbursed me for purchase of seeds and my time. Company treated me fair and my driveway looks great!

I’ve hired Aim to Amaze twice for tree services and both times the crew worked hard and did an excellent clean up job. I was very pleased with their work. Additionally, I experienced great customer service and fast replies via email.

Frank came to the house to give me an estimate on pouring an addition to my concrete patio. He quoted me approximately $600, then when I received the estimate via email it was $3500 to pour the addition. Two other neighbors were interested in having the same work done. Waste of time to have Aim to Amaze come out!

Aim to amaze has always done great work and I will continue to hire them for all of my outdoor services needed! Frank, the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful explaining and giving the best estimate possible!

Please if you don’t want to waste your time, don’t hire this company. It’s taken us over 2 months to get a concrete slab in our backyard put in and to be corrected as they left our back yard a complete mess! All Frank cares about is his money! He comes to the house and says all the right things but the employees he sends has no idea what to do. There’s no communication as to when they will be at the house working or anything. Trying to get an email or phone call back is almost impossible. And then when they don’t do the job correctly and you tell them, they get argumentative with you. Frank says “pay the first half up front and don’t pay the second half until you are completely satisfied”, yet here we are still having issues and now being told to pay and we will not be worked with anymore. This place is a joke. Sure it may be at a lower cost, but it shows.

Hired aim to amaze to do some landscaping work last fall. They put several plants in the wrong spots and some of the other ones were dead before spring. Contacted the owner this spring who came out and said all the right words but the follow up customer support was atrocious. A guy came out to my house at 5:30 pm on a Friday to fix the problem but didn’t have the right amount / variety of plants. On top of that he actually removed two plants that were in the right spot so now I just have two holes with nothing. I’ve contacted the company since that time and the customer service desk told me the owner would contact me but he never did. Now when I call they don’t answer. I wouldn’t hire these guys again to mow my grass.

I've never had any work done by them but I did deal with the rentals. We were suppose to rent an apartment with them and was told oh they have many available by the owner. But when speaking with the man he put in charge of that part was told only one. Ok went to look at it and was told one week by 15th be ready to rent and sign lease were like ok we definitely want it please keep us informed. they would call us before then to keep updated. Ok great try and failed many times to get a hold of them on the 15th .When we finally got someone on the phone to ask they had an attitude. So was informed again it's not ready be another week come around to today 22nd. Called them this morning for information was told oh they got busy and forgot and it's still not ready. Ok fine understandable. Was told to call back did 4 hours later. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. So tried to contact the owner maybe just maybe he would know what is going on and time frame possibly. Apparently not. When contact was finally made we get told thats it's rented out already. I'm sorry, what? I'm just lucky I didn't give them no money yet. Because they are rude unprofessional and suspect.

MSD connected me w Aim To Amaze after they did some digging on my property late last fall. After a bit of phone tag I was able to coordinate adding fill dirt, repairing a simple bed of Lariope (half of which was still intact) and replacement of a mature 20yr old Redbud. I also stated several times in an effort to return my property to its original state, that I'd pay any difference if they were giving MSD a discounted rate.
On their first attempt they brought the wrong type of Lariope - variegated vs non. No big deal. I caught it before they started and I spoke w the owner, Frank, after which everything seemed good but never heard back about scheduling. One day a several weeks later, there was a tiny, prob $10 tree and a handful of Lariope sprigs but no filling of any kind, no mulch to cover the exposed soil, and the plant spacing was WAY off - nowhere near close enough to fill in and provide the coverage necessary for the area over the next couple years. I called them several times but never got a person or a return call.
Fast forward to this spring... the tree is doing fine but the site has settled significantly, and the Lariope although replaced w/a non-variegated variety still appears to be a different variety.
So, Aim To Amaze got paid to do a complete restoration but did the bare minimum, likely whatever was required for a contractual paper trail.

    In short, call someone else.
