Just had them remove a very large tree, grind stump and lots of other tree trimming / limb removal. I could not be happier with the work they did. Arrived right on schedule and cleaned up when they were done. All this for less than a company that is a mile from my house and they are 20+ away. I am referring them to all of my neighbors and one has already had them do work for him to. Thank you Aim to Amaze!

I had 3 trees in varying stages of dying, all very close to my house and power lines. Not the cheapest bid, but also not the most expensive. Although there was a delay between when the bid was accepted and when the work was performed (due to a busy summer) - they arrived when promised and did a great job. They hauled everything away and cleaned up the debris. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and when they were onsite was very friendly and I'm 100% satisfied with their work.

This sidewalk that they installed for us slopes to the outside by as much as 3" in the worst spot as you're coming around the corner walking down hill. Their excuse was that it was installed unlevel for drainage. We're left with an unlevel sidewalk that has us regretting hiring them.

I've used Frank and his team for many years for everything from retaining walls and concrete to difficult tree removal around powerlines. Their work has always been professional and clean looking. They obviously take care and pride in what they do. Flowers and mulching has really added to the appearance of my place of business. I have recommended them to family and they have had the same experience. Thanks for everything!

Frank and his top notch team are friendly and professional. They replaced our garage floor and part of the outdoor pad as well as address the outdoor drainage issue that created the problem to begin with. Every aspect of the work - from scoping the job to the competitive bid, from the concrete work to drainage resolution and customer service was fantastic and done on schedule. Highly recommend.

I own an auto repair shop in St. Louis and had a bunch of dead trees and scrub brush I needed cleaned up and cleared. They did an excellent job at an excellent price and did it very fast and efficient. They had a great team out on the job. Thanks again for the great service.

Aim To Amaze did a fantastic job on our new front patio (concrete exposed aggregate). Would highly recommend their team! Mike and Frank are fantastic.

We hired Aim to Amaze to remove a deteriorating concrete patio and replace it with a new colored and stamped concrete patio. On the day of pouring, they ran out of concrete, so the truck had to leave to retrieve more to finish the job. The crew added 2x4’s to stabilize the concrete that was just laid and waited for the truck to return. Also, as previously agreed upon, they did not include a gravel base and they did not use an additional 2” pour under the hot tub. Days later we noticed a difference in coloring and texture all over the patio, and a 12-foot ridge with a crack down the middle where they had placed the 2x4’s. Seeing the obvious defects, the owner called a colleague, a surface specialist, to look at the area. The specialist suggested to cut another joint where the defect was and seal it. He also said that he would fix the uneven coloring and stamping throughout the whole area. We decided to get another opinion from a concrete specialist we knew. When we gave the owner the alternate suggestion, he said he could not do it. He said he would try and find someone else to get suggestions on how to fix it but could not find anyone. At this point he said he would forgive the balance owed ($4,750) if I would agree to work through his colleague and pay him directly rather than Aim to Amaze. After much back and forth with the owner we went ahead and turned back to his colleague and asked him if he would come by and talk to us, but he said he no longer wanted to be involved considering the conflict we were in with Aim to Amaze. So months later, we are right back to where we started but with $4,750 less in our pocket.

They removed two extremely large trees from my property with no issues, sticking to the timeline they provided. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work and service they delivered. I was highly impressed and would recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

We had $15930 worth concrete work done for replacing our front driveway and a new patio installed behind our house in August of 2023. I have been in touch with Aim to Amaze on numerous occasions to resolve some issues regarding poor drainage off the steps on the patio and issues with concrete spalling or popping out areas on our front driveway with the same on one area on the back patio. Their comment regarding the drainage issue on the step was that they had an inexperienced persons that did the steps which created the issue with water standing on the steps and not running off. This area is continually dirty when the water evaporates. They initially suggested I could get material myself to level this out for drainage and later we discussed extending the step out to level it out. This option would not be best since it would always show as a repair and would not be as the original design had been. A more major issue is the front drive. There are areas where the concrete is spalling or popping out as well as an area that has cracked. The crack is not due to traffic due to the location away from any traffic paths and now I am concerned that this is only the beginning of more cracking. The opinion of the representative from Aim to Amaze was that it was not their fault and implied it could be with the concrete itself or road salt for the spalling. Our vehicles are parked in our garage and road salt issues should have been more apparent near the apron at the street which was not the case. Another point we discussed was the concrete itself and I was told that they would have someone from the concrete company stop by which never happened. Since the payment was made to Aim to Amaze and not the concrete supplier, Aim to Amaze should be the ones that should have taken responsibility for the issues. At this point I doubt anything will ever be resolved as it has been almost a year since the work was performed and over a week and a half now since my most resent call and there has been no response from them. I normally do not write poor reviews but I didn’t see that I could let this slide. Hopefully this will aid someone in finding a better contractor.

I just wanted to echo what the other reviews here say. Ottiger Tree Service was performing some work in our neighborhood, so I asked them if they could quote me on removing a few trees from in front of/behind of my house once their other work was complete. They took the time to walk me through which trees were of the most concern based on proximity to the house and the current health of the trees. After providing an itemized estimate, they let me know that they had time in the schedule today if we wanted to have them taken care of immediately. We decided to have a few of the trees removed. The workers were incredibly kind and efficient, and the cleanup was impeccable - not even a stick of debris was left behind. Would highly recommend them to others.

Great job by the crew at Ottiger Tree Service! We needed some dead limbs taken off a couple large trees that were hanging over a building. Good communication, quick scheduling, great tree care and clean-up. I also appreciate how Nick took the time to walk around my property and clear up any concerns I had. Thanks guys!

It was quite the show watching them way up high in the trees! And the clean up after... there was not a stick or leaf left behind!

Nick Ottiger is the real deal. He has been in business locally for over 20 years and conducts business in the way that you wish all businesses would. The man knows trees! He’s educated, certified, honest, professional, quick to respond, priced fairly and has a great group of guys working for him. I had to remove 2 dying 50 year-old trees that were 3 or 4 times taller than my house with one of them being too close to my house. This is a potentially dangerous scenario, but Nick knew what he was doing - he scaled the trees and took them down piece by piece lowering each section by rope - very fascinating to watch. He cleaned up afterwards and even recommended a great stump removal company. I think Nick gets most of his business by word-of-mouth but he deserves an excellent review, and the community needs to know who they can trust.

These guys were relatively nice, they cut my neighbors trees down, the owner informed me that they broke my kids play set, it wasn’t in the best condition so I told him not to worry about it, however the owner said he’d fix it anyway and come back to drive back in the plant stakes they removed for their material/equipment , they never came back. 🤷‍♂️ 2 stars for being nice, -3 stars for lying.
