Been waiting for a month for them to 'get back to me' guess it's time to look elsewhere.

Big elm.. rotten and a danger to my home.. Travis gave me an affordable rate and quality workmanship..

Did a amazing job had huge limbs over my house and travis and his crew had no problem taking care of this huge job would highly recommend this company

Saw them working and was impressed. Had them take down a dangerous tree. It was large and half dead. It was over a fence, a house, and two sheds with a power line in the middle. These guys skillfully removed the whole tree without touching a thing around it. Good bunch of guys. Hard to find that in tree work.

Team was out quick to cut down trees before the winter snow. They were very professional and completed the job above and beyond expectations. Prices were better than anyone . Would recommend to everyone .

New Heights is the best! Travis climbed 50 up a half dead tree in gusting wind to rescue my very scared and cold kitten "Baby cat". Thank you so much! All 5 stars! thanks again..

Edit...Travis I have changed my review. I appreciate you trying to reach out to correct the situation. I don't remember any info about the truck. I hope even though I don't have the details you still had a conversation with anyone on your team about being a safe driver and paying attention to the road instead of being on their phone. Great service...everything was simple, straight forward and no surprises. Work was done fast and they cleaned up nice and the yard looked good afterwards. Ill definitely use them again.

Travis and his crew were the most professional group I've used in 15 years I've been using tree services here in Kansas City. They were courteous and cleaned up so well it was like they had never been there...I will be using them again in the future for sure!

This company is efficient, respectful and delivers exactly what they say they will for the price that they quote you. Travis the owner personally inspected both of the trees that I needed to have removed. We agreed that both trees would be cut down and only one tree stump removed. His crew came into a difficult removal of the one tree because it was inches from the neighbors roof over their garage and my garage was on the other side of this huge tree. When I returned home they were finishing up the job. They removed all of the debris, not even a small branch for my puppy to chew on was left. I definitely recommend this company. One of the true companies that deliver exactly what they say they will. Extremely happy with their service.

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would!Travis, Richard and the team came to the house to give me a estimate to remove a Bradford pear tree in a tight area on the side of the house. They showed up on time, did the work at a very reasonable price and was very professional, took out the tree, cleaned everything up better than it was before they showed up and hauled everything away. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs tree service, and will definitely be doing business with them again! Thanks again Travis for all the hard work and getting things taken care of fast!

Great experience with New Heights Tree service. We needed several dead tree's removed. They provided an estimate that was very competitive. The work was done as described and met our expectations. They were professional and did a great job. We were very happy with the clean up work they did as well. We will use them again in the future for other products and would recommend them to friends/family.

Travis and the crew with New Heights Tree Specialists were professional, responsive, and incredibly well priced. After shopping around I found that their prices and responsiveness were of the highest caliber. I would recommend them over any other tree specialist in the KC metro area based upon price alone.
They removed one tree close to my home and topped another that was close to my home, garage, and driveway. It was amazing how quick they were to accommodate my needs and their cleanup of my yard was pristine. Again, I would recommend them above and beyond any other business for tree removal/tree maintenance.

These guys came out on the same day for emergency branch removal following a large storm. A branch broke off the tree in front of the house and pierced the roof and my daughter's bedroom ceiling. They swiftly cleaned up ALL the debris in about an hour. They also tarped the holes in my roof. I highly recommend this tree service. They have me such peace of mind getting this resolved so quickly.

We had a tree fall and he came right out and cut it up and hauled it off. He cleaned everything up so well you couldn't tell where the tree had been. GREAT JOB!!!

This company went above and beyond the job. There price was fair and the workers all were very polite. Cleaned up the yard without tearing it up. No heavy trucks tearing yard up. Hauled all the branches and debris away. When they were gone you couldn't even tell they had been cutting down branches, it was so clean. Definitely would use them again and again!!!

Absolutely AMAZING Tree Care says it all! Excellent crew, work & completed job! Very polite staff who knew what they were doing. Climbed the tree with no huge heavy trucks or equipment to tear up the yard. I am particular & they surpassed my expectations!!!
