Luis is great to work with. Removed our tree, and stump grinded.

Our HOA used them to take some trees down in the backyard, they did it safely, quickly and respectfully.

They didn’t smoke, yell, or blast music and cleaned up really well when they were done. We were sad to see the trees go, but very happy they took care of them.

We had a pear tree we needed taken down as part of it had fallen down and another tree that needed trimming. The price was very reasonable Luis communicated very well, and the team was very prompt on completing the project. We were very happy with them and will use them in the future for our tree needs!

Luis and his team are timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and do a thorough clean up of their impeccable work. He responds right away and even came out to help me on a holiday. I can't recommend then enough and will always use them for our giant trees! Thank you!@

Honest, fair, professional. Saved my neighbors house from my overgrown tree, without damaging a thing. Do not hesitate to call Luis if you have a tree problem.

He had his hands full cutting down an 80ft sweet gum tree. Him and his crew were all nice and very knowledgeable of cutting said tree from 10 to 15 feet from my house and not damaging the house or shed right next to it.

Luis trimmed and treated my Ash tree and I couldn’t be happier. He left my yard cleaner than it was before he arrived. Really appreciative of their knowledge of trees. There are tree companies and there is Royal Arborist. A cut above the rest. Pun intended

They have done work for me several times, from trimming to large tree removal. And always done a great job at a very fair price. Today they made a small mistake that most people probably never would have seen, including me. Yet they pointed it out and made it right. You can trust this team to do good work for you. And be honest. That’s priceless!

The service of the job was good. The communication wasn't. Unclear as to how it got misconstrued and was unsatisfied with 2 services discussed prior to the actual date of service. Although, it was showed on the estimated. It was my bad for not fine tuning it a lesson learned. I trust too much!

Quick to respond to the Deer damage to my tree. Took care of every tree I have the same day as my estimate. I’m totally impressed with their knowledge, expertise and quick action. I will use them again.

Things promised were not done.
The 2 days work done in 2016 was outstanding compared to now.
I think I was way overcharged for work done.
I was actually tricked into paying the full amount with the work not fully completed!
The owner needed money so they could pay for the debris to be dumped! What ever!
I’m the fool for taking someone’s word!

It was a pleasure to work with Shier Family Tree Service. My huge maple tree needed to be removed. They provided an estimate and stuck to it. Arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. Very friendly and answered all my questions. They took all precautions to keep themselves and my property safe. Will be using them in the future!

Our Oak tree needed to have some dead branches thinned out of it's canopy, and shape it back up.
Cleanup was fantastic, not one stick or branch left behind. I highly recommend this Well, skilled company, if you need to have your trees trimmed back.

Amazing tree service company. One large willow tree removed, one large river clump birch trimmed, and two stumps ground down. Nine men showed up, moved all of their equipment in place and we done in less than two hours. They left my yard and driveway cleaner than when the got here. They are not only experts in the business, they also have the most competitive prices!!
