Quality Carpet Cleaning was well priced, prompt, efficient, and went above and beyond with customer service. We had a section of carpet tackstrip that came exposed previously and I had asked them to avoid that area to prevent further exposure. All of a sudden we heard pounding and came back to the room to find that the gentleman had stretched the carpet back in place to fix the issue for us. We were overwhelmed with gratitude and so happy with their services. Thank you!

We had them come out and clean our town house. They seemed like they were in a huge hurry despite not having other jobs today. They missed spots and changed the price they originally told us they would charge for our 2 couches. They said because they were half leather they would charge $25 per couch. When it came time to pay it was $50 per couch. They charged us more for the 2 couches than they did for 2 bedrooms, a hallway, stairs, a living room and the dining room. They did seem to get most of the pet smell out, but not even in all the places. They did a decent job at best. I'll probably go with a different company next time.

I would like to clarify that I've never had upholstery cleaning done before, and it turned out to be one of those things that I will now do regularly or when needed, especially from these guys. I had a chair that has had a rough few years with pet stains and what not, love it to pieces and wouldn't part with it. Instead of paying a crazy amount to have it re-upholstered I had it cleaned. We decided to have our dining room chairs cleaned as well. They showed up on time, were quick, professional, attentive both prior to appointment set up and during cleaning, and overall were a pleasure to work with. Everything they cleaned looks and smells amazing. Highly recommended!
