Rick is an all around great guy. Came out and stretched my carpet and the job looks great. He was very pleasant and professional. I called over a holiday weekend and he was able to fit me in a few days. Will recommend to others and would use R&L Carpet services in future.

I left for work this morning before Rick worked his magic; at the time, my carpet was visibly dirty, old, and definitely cringeworthy. When I got home from work I was SO impressed with the job R & L did, our carpet looks and smells fantastic! Very professional, efficient, effective, and reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great work at a fair pricepoint, we will definitely be using R & L again in the future!

Rick was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job on my carpet repairs and cleaning. He also got the pet odors out. My carpets look beautiful again! He was easy to get a hold of. We had some snow the night before and he made it on time even with our slick roads. Best prices too! I plan on having him do some other repairs in the future on my kitchen tiles.

I am pleased to say that Rick of R and L carpeting did an excellent job in cleaning my light colored carpet, chaise lounge and area rug. He arrived promptly at the time we agreed to. His professionalism was outstanding. He went right to work and I was delighted with the finished project .There was a huge improved difference in the items after he cleaned them and he took time to explain what he did. Outstanding! Rick showed up promptly and immediately got to work. I needed the carpeting stretched in my living room. He did a great job with that. Then he cleaned all of my carpets. I am very pleased with the outcome and felt his price was fair.

Rick did a great job cleaning and re-stretching carpet for me during a tenant change . He was prompt , on time, efficient and a nice guy. He got out several stains that previous carpet cleaners had been unable to remove.

I recently had Rick do some cleaning for me. He was prompt for our scheduled appointment and did a thorough job. Nobody could have done a better job. I will use him again in the future.

First, you should have said, “Hey let me take a look at the carpet you need stretched “ before I spent two hours preparing and moving furniture around my mother place. You blamed it on me, that I had not given you the correct description of the layout. I had given you the address, that it was a fourplex. The place is pretty darn small. No the dining area and living room are not divided or it would be a postage stamp! You all of a sudden started calling it two rooms! I am a novice in this area and I admit after doing all that work, yes I wanted you to see if you could do something! So you did probably 30 minutes of work and said that it wouldn’t even help. Then you charged me $150.00 and I was glad to pay just to get you to leave. I will say this nicely, you should not show up with a political t-shirt on to do a job. That should have been my first clue this was not going to end well.

R&L cleaned the carpets of my elderly dad's home which had not been cleaned for several years and had multiple pet stains and smells. He did a fantastic job and was reasonably priced. We will be using them again!

We had a large amount of carpet at Raytown Christian Church that was in dire need of cleaning. Rick looked at the job and gave us a very good price.
