My dog got sick and had diarrhea and made a disaster of my carpet. These gentlemen made the carpet look brand spanking new. I am so pleased. Update: well, my dog did it again, he’s old, and I had them come back today, August 23 and do my carpet again and again it looks brand new!

Rick has done carpet cleaning for us in 3 different houses over the years and has always done an excellent job never a problem. Will continue to use him as long as possible.

Rick repaired a small hole in the carpet that our puppy made. You can’t even see where the hole was! I’m so glad that I read the Google reviews and was able to get the best guy for the job. Highly recommend!!

We had a flood in our office he made a very quick appointment was just a few mins early not to early! He was very nice and patient as we had to pick up a lot of things off the floor he set up and was very patient! He worked around us and let us keep working he also got out all of the stains we had! We will definitely call him again !

I called Rick based off of his reviews. We needed the carpet stretched and cleaned. He gave a fair quote and sounded great over the phone. What he did not disclose is he uses a portable system that he fills with your own tap water. This concerned us on the sanitation aspect of the carpet clean and the amount of water he would be able to extract with the cleaning, vs using a commercial mounted unit in a truck. We do not keep our hot water tank setting at the recommended temperature for carpet cleaning. As we had already moved all the furniture in preparation we decided to give it a try. We turned up the setting on our tank while he stretched the carpet… The end result is this, The carpets were stretch to a point where there is now a gap between the carpet and baseboards. The hoses he uses are not clean and he placed them on our bedding and other furniture as he went. He left the carpet pieces and fibers all over the house and it took well over an hour to clean up after him. The tank water gets dumped down the stool creating more clean up for the home owner. The carpets were not more noticeably cleaned by Rick than I have had previously using commercial companies. All in all for the price you pay, the use of your own water and the amount of clean up needed, I would not recommend or use again.

Rick and Alan stretched my carpets as well as cleaned them, and the carpets look like new.
They are both friendly and professional. The cost is more than reasonable.

I hired Rick to clean my couches. They had awful rings from water spots (dog drool mostly) and discoloration. Due to the type of fabric he wasn’t certain they’d all come out but they look brand new! He was very professional and right on schedule! He also applied a stain protectant for me. I plan on hiring him for other cleaning I’ll need in the future.

Great experience with R&L. Rick provided a quick response to my request, was able to make it out as early as the next day to clean our couch. Job done well, great service. Will use them again in the future and recommend to others.

Rick was very easy to communicate with and his response time was great! He gave a very fair quote and answered all my questions thoroughly. We used him for our business at a Meat Plant about 2,000 sqft of carpet. Rick was efficient and professional the day of and the carpets looked and smelled great. For anyone that has the carpet squares or something similar his steam clean and deodorizer worked wonders for us!

I found R&L on Google and was a little skeptical, but read the reviews which were all good. I was very pleased with the experience. He was right on time, very friendly, and most of all did a great job. He took over 3 hours to clean two rooms and stretch the carpet in one of those rooms(18'x30'). The $270.00 was well spent and I will definitely have him back.

Rick saved the day! We had a tray of juicy pulled pork dropped on our carpet. He came by and it is gone!! Rick is professional, on time and we have worked with him on several different jobs. If you have a tough problem, give him a try. After a few hours of working on it ourselves, he made the stain invisible. Very reasonable prices also!!!

Rick was fantastic! He promptly responded to my inquiry and quoted an extremely competitive price. He arrived on time and fully prepared. I have an older dog who had a couple “accidents.” It’s been a couple weeks and the smell hasn’t resurfaced! I highly recommend. One thing to note- he doesn’t accept card payments. Be prepared with cash!

Rick did an awesome job repairing my carpet in three different sections where my dog ripped it apart. Saved me so much money to not have to install all new carpet. Was on time, even with a family emergency. He was very professional and friendly. Left everything very clean.

Rick was on time and did a great job. I wasn't sure if he'd be able to clean the carpets or if I'd need to replace them. He did a great job and they're as good as new. I'll need carpets cleaned in the future, and I guarantee I'll give Rick a call.

I called Rick for an emergency cleaning of an area rug on a Tuesday and by Wednesday morning the rug was cleaner than it's been since it was new. (& it is old) I had a couch cushion that needed cleaned so he did that real quick as well. He answered the phone when I called and was very kind, showed up right on time and completed the work quickly right here in my house. While he was here I inquired about carpet cleaning services and he quoted me right here on the spot and will be back in a couple weeks to do that as well. I definitely recommend R&L! Rick did a great job cleaning our sectional sofa. He was very responsive in the time leading up to the cleaning. On the day of the cleaning, he was punctual and efficient. Not to mention, his pricing is extremely competitive. Rick uses a portable machine, which was ideal for our third floor apartment. I would recommend Rick’s service to anyone looking for a cleaning!
