I have gone through close to 5 contractors since moving to Overland Park. Then my neighbor referred me to Carpenter's Hand Man Services after she had a massive water claim with a lot of interior damage to all levels of her home. I have since used them about a half dozen times and LOVE them. They show up when they say they say they are going to show up. Will first provide a quote for the work and what that entails. Best part - the workmanship! A+! I have had wood rot, gutter issues, drainage issues from a window well, mailbox post install, interior renovations and the list goes on.

The second best part is they are extremely reasonable when it comes to pricing! I have since referred them to two co-worker's who both used them and LOVED them! Finding a reliable, affordable and honest contractor was hard for me and I am forever grateful for my neighbors recommendation as I love Carpenter's Hand Man Services!

We had Jason & his crew replace and repair two exterior doors that had been catching water and created damage to subfloor. Also, fixed, repaired and repainted great room with 12' ceilings. Extremly pleased!! Showed up and on time! Great communication, courteous, reasonable, wonderful experience from start to finish! Highly recommend his services!

Jason has done a lot of small jobs for us in the past but when our home flooded due to a defective toilet valve, Jason and his crew did an outstanding job! A three-level, nearly all inclusive home renovation was done much faster than we expected and at a very reasonable rate. And they kept perfect communication the entire time!

Extremely pleased! Jason and his crew have done several jobs for us ranging from small plumbing and lighting repairs to a larger project with a new vinyl plank floor, sheetrock repair, painting, new bathroom fixtures and more. They showed up on time and did beautiful work at a reasonable price. Very courteous and professional.

In this day and age, finding someone you can trust to not try to get every penny out of you, Let alone fixing an issue and not taking money ……I don’t know where to begin, had an issue with water heater, plumbing company quoted $3200.00. Called Jason, thought he could do it for a much better price, he went by, was able to light the pilot light that the plumbing company told us would not light and had to be replaced. Now a woman and her 20 month old baby have hot water and a Mother and step father don’t have to fork out unnecessary money. He is a great guy, he is courteous , he is honest, and I guarantee you can trust him…….give this man a call!!!

Jason and his crew have done a multitude of things for my home, always in a professional manner and at a reasonable cost, and provided excellent communication. I've been very impressed with his quality of work and timeliness and highly recommend his services. I'll certainly call him again if needed!

We started with just a couple of things for them to work on. We were impressed on the quality of work and price. we ended up having Jason
build our deck, completely re-do our sun room. we had him remodel our kitchen, bathroom, and put in new floors all through the house, paint and replace all windows . They did great work were on time and finished when they said they would,. Recommend very highly

Jason did an excellent job installing our new storm door. He also repaired an existing one which now works perfectly. He called right before the appointment time to say he is on the way and arrived on time. Very professional and knows his stuff. Highly recommend him.

DISGUSTING!!! That is the only word that describes my carpet before this amazing company came to clean. They had stains & ick from a major roof leak, an aging dog and the normal spills and stains from children. When they left the carpets were clean, fresh smelling and looking new. Pi highly, HIGHLY recommend!!

We have light carpet that had 2-3 pet stains and a red wine stain! Will removed all of the mentioned stains and they have NOT re-appeared which has ALWAYS happened with previous carpet cleaners we had used. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Will if you want your carpets to look 🙌🏼💯 !!! He is very nice, knowledgeable and our carpets look fantastic!

Cleaned the carpet on our home before we moved in. The previous owners had had dogs and the clean made SUCH an improvement. They called us the day after to make sure everything was satisfactory and I appreciate the thoughtfulness. If we need carpet cleaning services in the future, we will definitely call them again.
