I have used R & W for a couple years now. When it' comes to cleaning our carpet Will is without a doubt the man for the job!! Our most recent experience was just last week. I sent a message for a cleaning after realizing one of our dogs had been consistently sneaking downstairs instead of going potty outside (Great Danes do not make little messes either). I wish I'd have taken pictures because it was embarrassingly awful. Will came out and did his thing and the carpet looked great when he left!!!
Fast forward a couple days and the stains were back. I sent a message and Will came right back out to fix the issue. This time he brought in the big guns and I kid you not, the carpet looks and feels like it just got here from the factory!! I love not only their response time but the fact they (Will) is adamant about doing the job well even if it means making an additional trip out, at no extra charge I might add. I won't trust anybody else with my carpet cleaning!

EXCELLENT customer service. They researched the best way to clean our OLD church carpet before they came. Were punctual, hard working and honest! One week later and the job looks sparkly clean. Can’t beat their price either!

So grateful for this company. Had a flooded bedroom. In the middle of a KC flood crisis they came out took care of my issue had a great price. Were reliable, trustworthy, friendly, professional, explained every step of what they needed to do and I needed to do to get my carpet dried out before it got worse. Would highly recommend this company.

Superb service! The team was easy to work with and did an excellent job cleaning my couch after my cat had an accident. Everything looks and smells fresh again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service we received today. I was on the verge of replacing the carpet but started following this company for about six months. I called got an appointment right away. They explained the whole process to me before and how to maintain afterwards. I have already referred someone else and plan on using the maintenance schedule. They did an amazing job. I just purchased a home that had animals living here and it was not fit for me to bring little kids in. They came in short notice z was professional and pleasant. They did such an amazing job that I couldn't belive how white my carpet looked the smell of the home was different, it was fresh. I can honestly say this will be the only company cleaning my carpets and I will be telling everyone to use there services. Nothing but the best job done.
