These people are thieves, I called them to get a key made, and they said a $150 which was a lot more than what I the key is really worth, so I said ok because i really needed a key. So they show up and start working on my car. The "lady" that was making the key seemed to have no idea what she was doing she made 4 different mistakes while making the key and then tells me oh we have to wait until Monday to get a code, and it was only Thursday, so I was like cant you call for the code now? She was like no blah blah blah, its going to be $75 for coming out, which i was never told about by the way.. So i said I was expecting a key for which ill pay $150, long story short they steal my ignition box and have me follow them to their store so i can pay the $75 to get it back. I ended up making a key for $80 compared to their rip off $150 they were gonna charge me. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE! TAKE IT FROM ME.

Quality craftsmanship for a reasonable price. If you want cheap garbage go to the big box store. Ace can do it ALL and do it well.

Cut a key for 1/2 the price anyone else in town (annoying key for Ford transit) made sure it worked in all the locks and ignition. Quick service very knowledgeable staff.

Not only are rude, but certainly boarders snotty. Prices were very high. It’s not that hard to cut a quickset house key. If you really want a locksmith, go to Greg’s. They have never treated me less than friendly, and they are must better priced.

Westlake couldn't get the job done stating a locksmith would be the only answer. Called, on my way, and Kim was able to get the job done when I arrived. Effortless and efficient!! In & Out!

I have always used this locksmith for my home and business. They are absolutely the most professional lock company I have been to. The most fast and friendly service around. I took my safe in recently to get a new combination and key..they fixed me right up. If you need a locksmith this is the best place to go. I highly recommend them.

I went there this morning to get a car key cut. They cut it no problem. I take it back to my house and it's does not work at all. I take it back to see if there's anything they can do, no they can't fix it$50 down the drain for a key and they screwed it up. Quote from the lady at the desk "not our problem".

I brought in a high high security lock that no one could provide me with a core cylinder. I did have to leave it to ensure they could get the correct core for it. They called me back and had me all set up. I asked if they could pin it to a master key system and they fixed it right as I requested. Could not be happier with great service and quality that is unsurpassed.

Even though my experience in Missouri this last time, wasn't what i expected it to be.. the women at this company, are the most genuine of people you will find in the area! Great personalities and confident attitudes! If it wasn't for them, im not sure how we would've made it home! Thanks for helpin us Pat and Kim!

I can't say enough about this business. Kim came and installed locks for us. The service was quick, professional and with that good old Missouri friendliness. I'll use them again! Plus will tell others about them as well! Glad I found 'em.

After a friend locked her keys in her car at my house, I did a quick google search for a local locksmith. After I read the reviews for Ace Lock & Key, I felt comfortable in choosing them. Pat and Sharon showed up at my place within a half hour of calling them and swiftly had the car unlocked in less than a minute with no damage. Both gals were kind, courteous and very professional. The price was reasonable and totally worth it!!!! I will not hesitate in recommending them or using them again!

I have always used them. They have been around for a long time (43 years I was told) the other day. I was in there to have my chip key made and they were fast and efficient along with fair priced compared to the dealer where I would be without my car for the whole day i was done there in less than 20 mins. Always a great experience in there.

I called and spoke with the owner about cutting a blank key inside my car remote fob. She said it was $85 which was ridiculous..I then asked her would she guarantee it would work? She said does my original key work which didn't have nothing to do with it! So I asked her if I went out to my car parked out front and the key wouldn't open my door would she refund my money and she said NO!
Run for the hills don't use this place they don't guarantee their work and severely overcharge you.Straight Ripoff Queens.I found another locksmith that cut the blank key for $20 and guaranteed it and it worked!
