Will and his team are EXCELLENT! They have gone above and beyond to help extrapolate the pet odors at our property. They stay on the job until it is DONE and the prices are so reasonable. If you're looking for the best, stop here and hire R&W! They will treat you well.

1. I was discussing the need to clean my carpet with my neighbor. She referred me to “rwcarpetclean”. I scheduled my “rwcarpetclean” appointment for Monday July 17, 2023.

2. The staff are very prompt, knowledgeable, skilled,
courteous, and professional. Upon our introduction, the team’s cleaning process and key performance indicators were discussed and accepted.

3. The team maintained effective communication throughout the completion of tasks; the equipment used; the sanitization, carpet protection, and the drying timeframe. They even brought in their own floor fans to complete the drying!

4. This carpet cleaning was mentally uplifting for me! “RWCarpetClean” exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to other homes/ buildings/apartment complexes and businesses.

5. On the way into my building, we took the elevators to my floor. Upon exiting the elevator, the carpet area had unpleasant, embarrassing dark black stains (some stains were there for over a year). However, the rwcarpetclean team, noticed it and didn’t hesitate to take the initiative to clean that area, removing the old black stains, on their way out… after cleaning my apartment! I concurred. Their service is Outstanding!!! Those stains were removed!

Excellent service. Our insurance company was dragging their feet after we were dealing with a pipe that burst and caused some water damage in our kitchen and bathroom. Mainly the kitchen. It's not covered because of deterioration of the pipe. We started working with a company that does plumbing and other services. They fixed the pipes and then they started dragging their feet also. By this time we're on day 3 of water damage. Called Will and he was out that same day with air-movers to start the drying process. Moisture levels started dropping quickly(within a day or so) and now we're finally able to move on to the next steps with repairs. Will was very knowledgeable and explained the process clearly as to what he was doing and why. He not only offered helpful suggestions, but useful suggestions that we can use now. R & W Enterprises is an all around Great Company that does Quality work for a very reasonable price.

We had a FANTASTIC experience with this company. They were so quick to communicate with, professional, timely, and very reasonably priced. They were a 10/10! I purchased a home. R and W did a deep clean on the carpet the hardwood floors, and tile. They also professionally sanitize my home. To say, I was satisfied would be an under statement. Ammaazziinnggggg job!! My house smells so fresh and clean. This carpet cleaning has layers to it! They vacuum, scrub the carpet, and extract with high quality tools that other competitors do not offer. The team was professional, courteous, and determine to get all of the dirt out my carpets. This is company is 110% legit! They did such an amazing job cleaning our carpet before moving in to our new home. The carpet looks brand new!!! They also vacuumed out the air vents AND also wiped down all of the hard surfaces that are high touched areas. That included all the light switches, door knobs, all the counter tops, they disinfected the bathrooms, stove knobs, AND ETC!!! Thats not all, they also did a WONDERFUL job buffing our hardwood floors. The floors are so clean you can see your reflection in it. To top it off, they sent us videos of their progress while cleaning. If I could give them 10 stars I would! This company did such a wonderful job that we will have them come out and clean on a yearly basis! I am beyond satisfied 😁

R&W must be going through something Corona-19? (no mask), no shoe covers, no tarps for my hardwood floors? After reading all these fabulous reviews maybe some of his super happy clients need to check on ole Will. They showed up thirty minutes late! Left in 2 hours. I requested 7 rooms and upholstery cleaned, I have pictures of the dirt that came off our floors after they left it was unbelievable. There were streaks all over my sofa and chairs. We've been in our home 13 years, my husband keeps the carpet reasonably clean we have a carpet cleaner. Fathers day break I decide to call a service, 500.00 later that very night we are cleaning what they apparently ran water over and left dirty 2 rooms out of 7 were cleaned. Heartbreaking! Don't understand??? I'm spending a lot of time trying to figure out why we deserved this type of service. Very disappointing and hurtful.

So excited about the services I received from R & W ! Professional and Quality services! After seeing all that came up after the process, I was so amazed! And now feel more comfortable than before especially with having a 2 year old daughter, and also smells great! It has taken me 8 years to find another carpet cleaning company that DOES THE JOB AND DOES IT RIGHT! I actually had my furniture moved and replaced for proper cleaning. This is by far the best carpet cleaning service that I have ever used. They work hard, they work on stains until they get them out. If you want your carpet to last, this is the company that can make that happen. I would recommend them to anyone! You will not be sorry if you try them, and after trying them, you will never use anyone else!!! I run a townhome community and our carpets have never looked better. I have used a lot of carpet companies in my time but they have never even compared to R&W! I can't express enough how wonderful, hardworking, personable, knowledgeable and amazing this company is!! R & W quickly responded and added me to the schedule in time for a large gathering at our house. I typically clean my own carpet, but ran out of time. R & W has the best deep cleaning dirt extraction equipment I've seen. I want their toys, but for the price I will be calling R & W in the future. I am very pleased with the service that I received! My carpet and steps looks like new again. The process was explained beforehand so that I knew what to expect. The fans used after the cleaning helped my carpets to dry faster, and I was able to put my things back in place the next day. Great smell and prices and I will definitely be calling to schedule my maintenance appointment within the year.

RW Carpet Clean was amazing! They are truly professional. We were on a tight schedule and they were able to fit us in within a day. Will explained their entire process for cleaning some extremely urine stained carpets. Immediately we could see and smell the results from the stains being removed. The best part is that he promised to be back if we had any issues with smells and it wouldn’t be an additional charge. I would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning.
