My air has been on since it started getting hot and we have it on 60 and it wont go lower the 70 and they come fix it and it works fine for a little then it is hot again. I have a 3 month old son and a 2 year old who have both been getting heat rash do to it on top of that I have outlets that spark when I plug something in and a recalled fire extugisher and they will not fix them and the only way I ask for things to be fixed is by email.

Ive been trying to pay my rent for a couple Days now, website is down, changed their name on google and nobodies answering the phone. I have several friends here who are in the same boat. Trash is always overflowing amd matnience is a joke. I cant seem to find corporates # either.

This place sucks bad. 3 different landlords within a year. Maintenance sucks. They dnt fix nothing DO NOT MOVE HERE. My air hasnt worked in 5 months been calling. They come to fix it in it only works for one night

This is a good place to live , they have a nice people working in the office . And the manager very nice and respectful. Maintenance crew always working hard and doing a great job!

The new management has totally turned the place around. The new landlord is reliable and keeps his word. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in finding a place to live.

I like this place I to live , Apartments are good size and clean. They’re always attended our emergency calls . Manager and people in the office and maintenance guys are very good people 😊

I wish I would have read this site before moving into timberwind most of the posts are from 2 or 3 years ago but nothing has changed just moved in took me a month and a half to get screens on my front windows they don't fix but at least I finally got them my kitchen drawer broke 2 days after I moved in it has still not been fixed my air does not blow from the vents I have reported this and it took them four days to respond still did not fix the problem called them the next day oh we will be up to fix it. this is a week later still no response I have copd and breath at 25% lung fuction. I NEED my air this still has not made a difference to them to get in any hurry . sad sad place to live . and if the management reads this don't be mad at me. make timely repairs and people will review your in a different light.

We have had the worst experiences here. Floods, mice, maggots, roaches, not to mention the drugs and crime.
Maintenance never fixes anything and the plumbing and appliances are old and broken.
Defintely not the place for families.

I moved in at the end of December 2018. So far my heat was broken when I moved in but they fixed it immediately. All other maintenance request that I have had or any request through the office have been fulfilled in a timely manner. They are under do but it’s bad it’s so far so good

Ok wanna start by saying I woke up 2 a n door swimming pool.....I'm just getting off work rn and I came home 2 my bed up against my closet door....they took the padding from under my carpet n the bedroom....its smells like mold!...there's a drain n da storage room that leaks n2 my apt every chance it gets....my floor n my bedroom 2 the front door is still soak and wet they have a big fan that they brought n 2 put on the carpet 2 dry it....um not working!!!....I'm like u guys where am I suppose 2 sleep!!!....😷😡😤....so disgusted and I'm tired!!! if there was a no star rating that's wht they would get....#lawsuit

This place is the worst place possible. We stay on the third floor the ceiling look like it's about to fall in the air never works oh yeah we have to keep the air on because mice is living in the vents so everytime you turn the air off you hear them running around we killed over 50 mice I told the company only thing the maintenance people did was spray something by the front door i wish i can posted picture of how many mice we are killing sometimes two or three on the the trap don't live hear it might look good on the outside don't let that fool you

This place ALWAYS has bed bugs in the apartments causng residents to fight bed bugs on a regular basis. Many bottom apartments flood continuously to point it damages the occupants belongings & they may or may not compensate occupant. When they want u to move they do everything they can to get u out.

I would not recommend moving in here the staff needs work Fabi the front desk lady will come off very sweet until you sign the papers to move in and pay your deposit then she is very disrespectful so much so all the neighbors can speak up about it and nothing is done she will hang up on you and ignore your calls and lie to her boss about arguments she gets into she is one very unprofessional women. All in all the whole staff has an issue with upkeep there is big problems rodent problems they say exterminators will come and they never do people on drugs will come and steal stuff off your porch it’s not uncommon to see tweakers all over the parking lot by your cars

This property has come so far! Great floor plans with so much space! If you're looking for a nice apartment that is affordable, this is the place!

WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! maintenance ignores your requests! water boiler hasn't been replaced since a month ago that i let them know! they hang up on you when you call. also the assistant property manager is rude & hangs up on you! the first day of moving they're was mold in my fridge and broken stove & broken clogged toilet! please do not move here

The trash is out of control. There are rodents and bugs and flies directly in front of my door because the trash overflows so much each week it fills up the parking lot and its location completely out of control and unattended weekly. I have never been lst on my rent . I keep my apartment very clean and i have had no complaints. Raise my rent again im gone.....

Do not rent here !!! Seriously whatever you do, go somewhere else! Have had nothing but problems since we moved in, fruit flies, mice , pest control doesn't work from what I've seen. Stuck in a year lease, our toilet doesn't want to flush half the time, our sprayer on our sink is broken. Our oven just recently stopped working. Went to turn on the heat because I have a one year old in the house and our heat doesn't even work it blows out cold air. Last but not least I paid rent on the 1st (wednesday) nd recurve a text today stating that rents due before the 6th to avoid a late fee.. Called the office and there was no trace of my rent payment? Seriously? Good thing I have a receipt that they gave me on wednesday! Lmao.

UPDATE: my stove was finally replaced after 1 month of not being able to use it, someone broke into my car and stole my boyfriends subs. I almost fell down the stairs with my 1 year old daughter this morning because there is no light in my building for nighttime ! 2 times last week I came home my door was unlocked when I KNOW I locked the door when I left, $100 went missing from my table in the living room... Have tried to call the office for that and to put in yet another maintenance request and can't even get an old of them , Ever !!!!

I lived in these apartments, I would live in my car before ever living in them again! I live in another complex management is through the same company Forza, I love the new place and manager is great and on top of everything! only giving this place 1 star because u have to give at least 1. I kept photos and call logs everytime I called management at timberwind, everything was fixed with paint or duck tape or never fixed!!!! I recommend getting a copy of renters rights and learning the laws and the rights you have as a renter.

The most "horrible apartment"! Ever since our first moved we knew something was wrong. No refrigerator on our first day, just started cleaning the apartment on the day we moved, infested with roaches, carpets leaks on rainy days and the worse of all we didnt get any deposit back and blaming us for something we didn't broke just to not give our deposit back. So unprofessional! Don't risk here!

I've lived here 6 years, they appear to try to make things better but its just keeps going down hill. They have crappy pest control! I have talked to numerous people that have or have had many different kind of bugs in their apartment! They dont keep up on their trash/ getting their dumpsters emptied, they are almost always overflowing. No matter how many times you talk to them about problems they ignore you and will not send anyone to fix any maintenance problems. There has been water running down the walls and pooling up behind the paint, mold growing, paint peeling off the ceiling, wear and tear on the carpet and linoleum, sheet rock crumbling away, door almost falling off the hinges, windows leaking, cabinets swelling and pulling away from the wall from the leaking. And im sure i'm forgetting a bunch more stuff. Bottom line these people do not deserve anyone's business!

I currently live here, and the bottom floor gets flooded and brings trash infront of my door. Well when management brought the trash to my attention, he told me in 2 hours I'll come back and if it isnt cleaned up, you will get a fine of 50 dollars. I was gone for not even 30 minutes and he is looking and calls his ground keeper to clean it up. Even when I told him I would be gone. Bad roach infestation and same with mice and fruit flies. Manager is unreasonable and quite rude. DO NOT MOVE HERE
