We’ve been having problems for years with a sink in our basement overflowing, and had plumbers out to look at it more times than I can count. Duty Calls diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and professionally, and their plumbers are really friendly.

Had this company called out through my home warranty a couple times. Once last year when my AC went out it took over a month to get everyone on the same page to get a replacement in the middle of a heat wave. Decided that the scheduling and communication errors were honest mix ups and gave them another chance today with a leaking pipe. I call to schedule they give me a window between 12pm-4pm show up. I called several times to confirm. Its now past 4pm, tried calling the office again and no one can give me an accurate ETA.

Tl:dr Be prepared to wait all day and all night for someone to show up (if they show up), and poor communication to boot.

I called Duty Calls after I had a questionable experience with a different company. Mathew came out promptly, inspected my water heater and quoted me a much more reasonable estimate than the previous company. He was much more knowledgeable and pleasant too. He Also replaced piping and brought everything up to code. 10 stars!

Chris was very efficient & professional. He came in very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about what I needed done. Chris completed the job & everything worked perfectly. I would highly recommend!

Andrew was great. I found the company through Google and couldn't be happier with the experience. They were upfront about the cost, prompt to arrive, and very efficient.

After dealing with other companies duty calls puts them to shame . Their communication is on point, refreshing, and professional! Their work is quick in and out and professional! Just skip the rest and go straight to these guys to save yourself the headache and trouble.

Would highly recommend they take home warranty at least as of this post. After I scheduled a support request they called within the hour to schedule an appointment which was next day. The plumber texted me when they were on their way to to alert me. While the plumber (Christopher C.) was troubleshooting and fixing my issues they were very personable and professional. They were able to determine what the issue was very quickly and get them repaired. Should I have any other plumbing issues in the future I will be working with them.

Great company to work with- from Gabrielle who does all the scheduling to every technician who has come to the house. This is the second time I have used them (through my warranty company). Matt V. worked with my schedule and he and the gentleman who came with him both did a great job. Polite, professional, timely- 100% recommend!

Christopher C did an excellent job of diagnosing the problems, ordering the correct replacement parts, and their installation. The problem was complicated by the fact that calcium deposits were affecting water flow…but Christopher persisted and got it done. One of the best parts of the experience with Christopher was his willingness to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions.

Patrick arrived within the expected window. He was patient as I asked questions, which helped me decide how to move forward. He quickly addressed the issue by installing a new device in a timely manner. The job was done way sooner than expected. Would recommend 10/10.

Duty Calls was a great company and very professional! They replaced my water heater for a very reasonable price compared to another quote I received from one of the larger plumbing companies in town. They showed up when they said they would be here and they got the work completed in a very timely manner. I will be using them as my go to plumber for any future plumbing needs. Matthew was great to work. Pricing was good. I look forward to working with him again soon on other projects I asked him to take a look at. I’m very pleased with the results of the work that Patrick did. Another plumber did a horrible job in my upstairs bathroom that Duty Calls came out and fixed it correctly! I recommend them for complete, comprehensive repairs!
