Our Kitchen Sink stopped draining on 1 side.Our home Warranty Co. Selected Home MEISTER. Which was a horrific nightmare a rude Mario was dispatched took a photo allegedly forwarded to boss was told they would not be able to repair. Hum I digress contacted our Warranty company Explained issues.
And they then sent a TERRIFIC CO. DUTY CALLS .Two Gentlemen Matthew and another gentleman came most knowledgeable polite patient and respectful 🙏 Matthew we thank you both very highly.
They got to work repaired the Sink and gave us little DIY tips these guys are the ones you want if you find yourself in need of Excellent quality work. They had left their ink pens in the trunk and kindly accepted inkpens we gave them. We applaud their demeanor and kindness. Thanking Duty Calls

Duty Calls plumbing were assigned to my AHS claim and I’m really happy with the results. Andrew showed up on time, was very professional and helpful, resolved the drain issue, and cleaned up. Outstanding vendor!

Andrew was excellent!!! He was very knowledgable and fixed our issues quickly. We had 2 other repair people look at the same issues previously and were told whole new replacement fixtures were needed. Andrew fixed the issues quickly replacing a small part instead of replacing the entire faucets. Andrew was a fun guy to talk to and we will be recommending his services to all our neighbors and friends!

Patrick did an excellent job, very nice and friendly. He was early and finished up in 30 minutes very knowledgeable and even gave us feedback on other things that we could improve. We had a toilet that was leaking working like 🆕.
