Mike from Sharp Plumbing came today and took care of my stopped up bathroom sink. I also asked him about what I should put down my main drain to keep it from clogging up and he suggested an enzyme product to use. Mike was very informative and he explained everything that I should do and I really appreciated that. I have used Sharp Plumbing before and I've always had good service.

ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO, A SHARP EMPLOYEE CAME AND DECLOGGED MY KITCHEN SINK. HE DID A FINE JOB AND THERE'S BEEN NO PROBLEMS SINCE. HOWEVER, I DID BEGIN TO EXPERIENCE A LEAK UNDER THE SINK. I DID NOT KNOW IF THE EMPLOYEE HAD UNWITTINGLY CAUSED THAT OR IF I HAD OR IF THE PIPES WERE BEING PROBLEMATIC.

I CALLED SHARP WITH MY CONCERN. NO ONE COULD HAVE BEEN MORE UNDERSTANDING OR HELPFUL THAN THE MANAGER WITH WHOM I SPOKE. HE SENT SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY WHO SOLVED THE PROBLEM AND SHOWED ME HOW TO SIMPLY ADJUST THE FAUCET. THERE WAS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIS. THE SECOND EMPLOYEE DID THE JOB IN JUST A MINUTE OR TWO--HE KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT TO CHECK. THAT HAPPENED ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO AND ALL HAS BEEN FINE SINCE. NOT ONLY WERE MY TWO PROBLEMS DEALTH WITH WELL, BUT I LEARNED SOMETHING I COULD DO MYSELF. A WIN-WIN SITUATION! I RECOMMEND SHARP'S SERVICE HIGHLY. PEACE.

Mike does a great job he put in a kitchen faucet for me and redid plumbing on my hot water tank that was done wrong he also pointed out some serious problems I had with flue pipe. I appreciate the work being done right I recommend him for all your plummeting needs. Very nice too.

Ben is very professional and knowledgeable with older plumbing. Did a fantastic job. Best plumber hands down for all your plumbing needs.

I have been a very satisfied customer for over 20 years. Michael always explains what needs doing and always explains why. Sharp plumbing is a company I am comfortable having work both inside my home and out. They have always been very respectful of me as a customer and my property as well. I also appreciate that they are prompt and call when they are on the way. In my opinion, you would be hard pressed to do better than Sharp for your plumbing needs.
