Jair was our technician this evening and could tell he was just overall unhappy to be here. It was late, yes. About 7:30 pm. But also… this is your job bro if you hate it do something else. I was mostly unhappy about this company having no communication with me whatsoever. Upon making my appointment time between 4-6 pm the admin staff told me I will get a confirmation email and text updates. I did not get either of those and I watched my phone very closely. I called twice for updates when it started getting late. Then because we had no clean out for hydrojetting the technician said it would be $1600. Which is double what I’ve been quoted everywhere else even without a clean out. But again my biggest issue was no communication. And it’s aggravating when the admin staff for all of these companies can give us no pricing information so we end up wasting peoples time or them wasting our time.

Our service professional was polite and articulate. He cleaned the small mess that was made after the repair and left us with some valuable tips for maintaining smooth running drains.

Living in an older neighborhood with lots of large trees I have roots that enter old clay tile pipes. This job was a call back after around 45 days & Fabio was excellent technician, solving my blockage within an hour & setting up an inspection to gauge future needs. When you basement starts flooding at 2:30 AM you don't have get expectations and yet....Anthony and the rest of the RR were absolute ROCK STARS. Were courteous, explained what was happening every step of the way and worked with me to come up with the best short and long term solution to my issues. I can't recommend them highly enough

Field Supervisor showed up at my door when he could have just called. Agreed upon price of $250.00 but asked for $280.00. $100.00 discount that wasn't deducted but added into the total plus $200.00 product charge (?). Sorry, don't mean to complain. The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable.

Way overpriced. They charged $425 to snake 2 slow draining (not completely clogged) drains. They came during normal weekday hours, had very easy access to the drains, NO standing water to deal with, here and gone in less than 20 minutes. No special equipment needed, no camera used, nothing like that. Tech said it was just hair and debris so no special blade for tree roots or anything like that. No repairs needed. Never again.

Guy told me that I would have to break the foundation of my home to fix one of my drains, and told me while I was at it to replace ALL of my plumbing….. I just bought this house and had an inspector come and they said absolutely nothing was wrong with the pipes they just needed some cleaning. The guy came out and cleaned the pipes and everything was working great again… Not to mention he left a huge mess of black stuff ALL over my house floor. Didnt even bother to clean it up. That cost me $500. Do not recommend.

Brandon and Tony were awesome. They explained every step of the way and worked with me through all the choices. The worst-case scenario was having to rip up a floor, and the best case was putting a small hole in a vanity — we chose the best case, and it worked out tremendously well.

When you have a finished basement with flooring and cabinets, blocked sewers and toilets are an absolute nightmare. No one wants their man cave ruined by something dirty and smelly — once that happens, it never truly recovers, no matter how much you try. That’s why it’s so important to call the pros.

We needed service on a Sunday which we know if few and far in between especially for a clogged/extremely slow drain that had backed up into the basement. We got online and they had appointments available. They showed up about 2 hours after the scheduled time at 630 and stayed well after 9 to complete the job. To find out we had roots in our line way out close to the street and he showed us the root ball too. We appreciated the thorough service and communication once on site with pricing.

Patrick came out within a few hours of the initial call for help in clearing out the drain pipe to the city line. The equipment was fantastic and the explanation of what he was doing was great. He contacted David who brought his camera equipment to inspect the line and found problems with the existing and gave me a solution

Jason Forrest’s customer service and attention to detail were excellent. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and I truly appreciate his help. I highly recommend him and his team and will absolutely reach out again in the future if needed.
