Needed a 'Commode' replaced for a 'taller' one. I chose Roto Rooter, out of 3 other bids!
The service man they sent was very nice, and, knowledgeable. He explained everything he would do. He completed the job in about an hour. Cleaned up afterward, and, charged me exactly what what he said the job would be! As a 'Senior Citizen'..I was very appreciative of that!

I paid $500 dollars to replace my bathroom faucet to stop a leak when you turn the faucet off. A month later I'm calling them back at 11pm on a Saturday because the leak returned. The previous tech apparently spent more time complaining about the government than fixing my bathroom faucet properly or even making sure it was properly mounted. Real classy. Probably get charged for them fixing their mistake cause that's how customer's get treated in America.

Repairman showed up within 2 hours of my initial call and gave me a 30-minute courtesy notice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided tips for prevention. He also suggested a coupon for the service. I highly recommend!

Favio arrived on time. When he arrived he was polite and very knowledgeable. He did what he could and when he determined it was not a clog but probably a broken pipe he called for another technician. Favio explained the problem to me and waited and assisted Patrick when he arrived. Favio cleaned up the area and kept me informed on his progress. I was very happy with his service.

Guy that came out was super knowledgeable and ran the snake through several times to make sure the issue was resolved. Gave me info on what he thought the issue was and was great to talk to. Great personality and very professional!

We had some root blockages in our sewer line and Londarrick came in and explained the entire process for me. Once he ran into an issue, the supervisor Adam came in and when they left, I honestly thought I had seen a cape on them both. All of my questions were answered quickly and without uncertainty, and the prices were under the previous quotes we had received. I really appreciate the different suggestions they gave with the information they had.

Brandon was a really professional, nice, and knowledgeable employee who deserves nothing but the best. Helped me out in a pinch and was able to explain everything to myself and my wife to better understand the problem

The hole process was easy and fast the phone call to the plumber they got me plumber joseph out right away and got the clog taken care of late at night with in an hour he was great guy and great service thanks 😊

I called Rotor Rooter on December 28th @11am with a clogged up sink and basement drain. It is now December 30th, 6:45pm and I still have the same problem. A tech guy came out and was unable to tell me why my drain was clogged up and tried, but did not fix either drain. He then told me he has to have a supervisor come out. That was the night of the 28th. The tech guy said they will come out that night or in the morning. Ive sensed call back three different timesand ive gotten the run around and I am still stuck with this problem after paying &151. My sink is clogged and i am unable to flush with flooding my downstairs. Its safe to say i will not be using them again and would not recommend. Smh
