Barry and his team are quick, efficient and honest folks that shoot you straight and take care of your plumbing issue. They are very flexible and can tackle just about any project large or small. If you have any sort of plumbing needs give these guys a call!

We rent our home and unfortunately have recurring plumbing issues. This group is usually who come to fix our issues and if/when we buy a home someday, this will likely be the company we use if we're still in the area. Always kind and professional.

Very prompt service with excellent customer service!! I needed my water heater repaired to my rental property, and I don't live in the area. They came out, did the work and left the invoice. Completely trust worthy and honest.

Tim remained calm and professional even though I was very heated. Tim took the time to explain the scope of work that his company performed and why the current situation wasn’t a reflection on their work. I greatly appreciate him taking the time to do that.

John and Dan were amazing. They fixed all the problems I told them about, and they finished everything in one hour which was surprising. They were very professional and I'm very happy with the service. I can't recommend them enough.

Barry took an issue that I had spent thousands on already and got an additional quote for 10k to fix a broken pipe issue. He solved it with $1500.00 in work. That alone sold me on him. Have had him clear drains as well and they are on top of it. They know their stuff and save me money. I strongly recommend them!!

I needed a water heater moved about one foot, and a pipe to the water heater moved from under an I-beam to over and around it. I was quoted $910 by John after he calculated parts and labor on his phone, saying this was a "big job" and would take two guys 5-6 hours. Quite frankly I was shocked and I challenged that questioning how moving a pipe and the water heater could take that long. I figured about 2-3 hours. John was insistent it would be a "big" job. The work was done well ... in 3 hours. Instead of being good businessmen and reducing my cost do to their grossly (no pun intended) overstated labor costs and time - THEY INCREASED IT! I was billed $1000 "per bid." That is not what was bid and it certainly did not take 5-6 hours as described in the bid. I feel as if I was deliberately over-bid (not to mention over-charged). I will NEVER use these thieves again. It's too bad, when Val Gross owned/ran this company it was very respectable. The new owner is not trustworthy if he allows this type of business practices to go on. When I tried to call and complain about the obvious over-bid and over-charge my calls were never returned.

I used to use a different Plumbing company. About 10 years ago that company could not figure out or correct what was going on. They told me to call around to other plumbers. When I called Blue Mills Plumbing and explain what was going on, they sent someone out that same day. Fixed the issue that the other plumbing company couldn't. Since then I've used no one but blue Mills Plumbing. They have done several things for me over the last 10 years, gas line extended, put in a new water heater. Installed a garbage disposal, flushed my main line, installed several faucets, swapped out the turnoff valves on all the toilets, unclogged a couple of drains. I'm so thankful that I have found a plumbing company that I can absolutely rely on. Always reasonably priced and done right.

We had a backed up drain at work. We called Val Blue Mills Gross Plumbing and they said they were really busy and could get us in the next day. Much to my surprise they showed up the same day! They were able to work us in! The service man Clyde was very professional and polite. He went over what he had done to correct the problem. I highly recommend using Val Gross Blue Mills Plumbing!

Called them on a Friday and they had a crew there on the Tuesday right after the July 4th holiday. They were punctual, knowledgeable and great craftsmen. And they were right on the budget they quoted me. This level of service is such a rarity these days that I was compelled to write this review within a few minutes of them leaving the house. Thanks again!

Our sump pump quit working and Blue Mills Plumbing took care of us very quickly. We needed a whole new pump and they went to get one, put it in, and it works perfectly. We have used them for years, highly recommend.

I am giving 1 star due to exorbitant billing and lack of professionalism. I have hired this company before and was pleased. I believe there must have been a change in ownership or management since that time. They were hired to install 4 bathroom sink faucets which we purchased. They showed up only slightly late and the one who seemed to be in charge immediately told me about guy should be coming to relieve him during the job. In the meantime, the one who seemed to be in training (spent a lot of time asking questions) was left alone while the other left to get parts they did not come equipped with. They were in my home for 3hrs 45min and charged $660 for the work of "2 guys". The invoice was left on the counter due to me having to go into a web meeting since the install of 4 faucets took much longer than I expected. We found a leak on one faucet that night. My husband called the next day to report the leak and discuss the bill. He was told they could pick up the charger they left immediately but couldn't fix the leak until Monday (this was Thursday). The man he talked to told him we were lucky because he could have charged us for 3 guys. I couldn't believe that was his response since there were NEVER 3 guys working at any given time. There was hardly 2 guys working at a time due to the one needing guidance every step of the way (I don't mind this until I get charged by the hour for it). This company does not offer veteran discounts, but that's to be expected considering their other practices. They did return on Monday to fix leak and harass my husband for payment. We opted to file BBB complaint which they had not responded to for 3 weeks at time of this review. We further opted to hold payment for 30 days as indicated allowed on invoice. We decided to give them the opportunity to make this right and not review them until the time they didn't respond and payment was due. They haven't responded and we are mailing payment today.

We called and within 30 minutes we had a plumber at our front door. Clyde was friendly, professional and very quick to assess and repair our leaky shower. The prices are very fair and they hire quality individuals. We will definitely be calling Blue Mills Plumbing for any plumbing need we have in the future!

We were lucky we found Blue Mills Plumbing. We had a slow draining tub/shower and a stopper that wouldn't budge, they came in and had it fixed in 10 minutes. The technician even answered questions about our tankless hot water heater. We won't be calling anyone else except Blue Mills for our plumbing needs.

Daniel came immediately and fixed all our problems. He is very friendly and professional. The cost was excellent! We couldn't have ask for better service. I will never call anyone but Blue Mills plumbing. They had fixed a major sewer repair years ago and did an excellent job then.

I was referred to this company by a friend. We are still new to the area and it is hard to know who to trust, as we've been "burned" by more than one service person. I was very impressed by the service we recieved, and how respectful of our house our plumber (Clyde) was. He took the time to explain things to me, as well as my son, who was very interested in what he had to say :) We will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

This company is amazing and they will do what ever they possibly can to get ur pipes cleared. I had 3 company’s tell my my pipes where collapsed and so clogged I would have to have them jackhammered our and replaced, Clyde from blue mills came in with his apprentice and cleared both my drains and camera my main and said there where no issues and my main was fine just some roots. They are amazing!!!!!

I called Blue Mills Plumbing to schedule a third estimate for my parents, who had twice been quoted a $20k+ service (including “required” excavation/replacement of a portion of their road). Tim was friendly, professional and informative - and despite a very busy schedule he had someone out to create a third estimate the next day. What was supposed to be an estimate turned into Blue Mills identifying and resolving the issue - for less than 2% of what my parents had previously been quoted. They even gave my parents a video of what they’d seen before making recommendations to continue maintaining their current system. This is a company with dignity and respect; I SO HIGHLY recommend them!!

These guys did great work and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend

I talked to the owner (great guy, by the way!) at about 1130am and he had guys out right after lunch to assess the situation. Even better, Daniel and Daniel were able to do the job and have it finished by the end of the day! If you want fast, quality work - this is the place to go!
