I have been buying from them for the last 7 years and the guys that work here really nice especially JJ.

Really friendly staff with good quality know how of the parts and equipment they sell. I would recommend this plumbing supply house to anyone that needs to find something to fix their plumbing needs.

I needed a part for my kitchen faucet that I could not find at the big box stores. This place had it. These guys are super nice and helpful. JJ really knows his parts. I would highly recommend!

It does have handicap parking. But I did not see handicap doors. I think they do pull orders. For curbside pickup. They have a hold door section of it. Most of us for contractors. There's not much for displays at this store. They moved it to Blue Springs. They are good people to talk to very knowledgeable

Both individuals at this company I wish I would have got their names but they were great with customer service right on their knowledge of what you need and very considerate and attending to the needs of what you're looking for and if they didn't have it they did look around to try to find it for you God bless

This location is great , always has what I need. They’ve recently added a new staff member, Jordyn Martin, She has been such a help, seems to have great potential as she is great with customers, And is learning all of the part numbers much quicker than expected.

Visited Ferguson this morning for a minor repair on an outside water bib. Customer service and knowledge was by far the best of any plumbing parts store I have been to. They knew exactly what I need. Explained the workings and easy fix . In and out in 7 minutes! Great job!

Arrived in a very timely manner. Successfully fixed the problem. He gave me a discount since this was the third time they’ve fixed this problem… but still expensive

This Brandon guy was the best expert I’ve ever dealt with even while he was working tonight me about cats which I’m a new cat owner!!!!

Keion was amazing. I had a main line clog and was worried that we wouldn't be able to use anything in our house until Tuesday. Keion was out within an hour of my call and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Price is ridiculous for a clogged kitchen sink, 454.00 but he would do it for 275.00… I did not use this company and will never use them…

He did a great job, hard worker and very respectful. We think he needs a raise. Maybe a high hourly rate and percentage of each job.
