DuoPro has been SOOO helpful with all of our plumbing issues and there were a LOT. We had a ton of issues all of a sudden come up that required us to replace our basement piping, unclog the main sewer line and then replace our main sewer line. The basement pipes were leaking everywhere and Brandon the owner helped with the issue AND called a water remediation service to help remove the water on a Friday evening! Before we got the sewer line replace, We had 3 other plumbers take a look as well to get a few quotes- but we went with DuoPro.
Nick has been super professional and helpful through the whole process. He was always available and addressed all of my questions and concerns every week I called. They are great, honest guys and I’d call them with any plumbing issue in the future. Thanks so much for being a trustworthy, professional, and awesome company!

Wonderful experience I had with Duopro Plumbing. My toilet backed up, called the company and made an appt for that day. Gehrig arrived at appt time and was very polite and professional. He provided me with an estimate, went straight to work and within minutes had my water flowing again. I will definitely be using this company again!! Absolutely appalling experience with DuoPro Plumbing! In the summer of 2022, during the purchase of my home in the Kansas City metro while living out of state, I engaged an inspection company for a thorough evaluation, which included a sewer scope. this inspection company contacted DuoPro, a company I had never even heard of nor would have chosen, especially while being out of state. Fast forward to 2024, and DuoPro has the audacity to come at me for a bill, threatening legal action, without even providing a signed invoice! The unprofessionalism is staggering, and the owner, Brandon, epitomizes rudeness and arrogance. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this abysmal excuse for a plumbing company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The guys over at DuoPro are great! I worked with Brandon and Gehrig for the initial assessment and pricing. Then Garrett came and did the work. All very pleasant. They worked with me to find the best solution for my budget. Fair and friendly. Would highly recommend!

We had Brandon come out to locate our sewer line in preparation for a backyard project. We needed someone ASAP. Extremely helpful, quick to get us scheduled, great service and affordable. He explained everything as he worked through the process. Friendly and very courteous. Would highly recommend !

My grandmother had some problems with her sink getting clogged. I gave her the number for Duopro plumbing and we couldn't be happier with the results. They made an appointment for her the following morning after she called. They came in and explained what they were doing and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes of arrival. This company recently replaced the water main for an older house I had just purchased and I highly recommend them. They were professional, polite and absolutely knew what they were doing. They handled unexpected but necessary delays with grace, expertise and the prioritization skills necessary to provide the best result, even going above and beyond what was essential. They certainly would have my confidence for future plumbing needs.

Both techs were very honest. Had another company come out and tried to essentially extort me out of 6 grand. They saved me thousands and were right on time. Will call them if I ever have any other issues.

We had already started work with a separate plumber on our property. We had some questions about the work being performed and were looking for a second opinion. After explaining the situation they were very open and honest about their perspective, stating the service and price I was receiving was fair. I can't speak to the physical work they perform but really appreciated their timely communication and honesty, both of which are very hard to find these days.

I am truly grateful for the guys at Duopro Plumbing! City updating gas lines and I needed new piping to connect to the meter. These guys problem solved to find the best option for our older home yet stay easily within my budget. Very pleased with results and amazed at the reasonable cost. They were friendly and very efficient.

DuoPro is great! I was in a pinch when my water heater was leaking and couldn’t schedule my regular plumber. I called around but nobody was able to give me a confident answer in what they would have to do to fix without charging me to come out. Brandon asked me to text a few pictures, knew exactly what the problem was immediately, looked up my hot water heater tank’s serial number and found it was still under warranty. He then was able to get someone out with the new warranty replacement tank and have it installed the same day. Everything was back to normal in record timing thanks to Brandon and his crew. Same day service. Amazing job. My rental had a water heater emergency. Nick took care of it very quick and timely matter. Just wanted to leave a quick review since Duopro Plumbing and Nick were great.

Awesome service and completed the project with no issues. I need a garbage disposal installed and called them in the morning. They had someone to my place in 30 mins! Their employee was very friendly and knowledgeable, would gladly have him back to do more work in the future.

As a single woman who knows nothing about plumbing issues I had a backup happen on a Friday morning. I called Brandon at Duopro and he squeezed me in and had a technician out here with in a couple of hours. Fred was the technician that came to the house and he did an amazing job! He was not only efficient, but his personality made the whole situation easy and lighthearted. He was also able to make me laugh at this situation, while also being determined to get the clog cleared. I would recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs.

Brandon & Nick and their team have been phenomenal to work with the last couple years. Their team is always responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. They just installed a new sump pump for me today and I could not be happier with the entire experience! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!

These guys are honestly the best by far! I used their online messaging system and they called me promptly the next morning. Two gentlemen showed up to see what was going on and were up front and honest with their findings. They took the care to get the job done right and are very affordable. They are a very honest plumbing company. Pearce, the plumber who came out was so professional and knowledgeable and spent ALOT of time showing me with his camera that he placed in our main line exactly what everything was that I was looking at.

Nick, who I spoke with at the office was just AMAZING! He was honest, upfront and he was even willing to look over information that I had gotten from another plumbing company.

We want to give an excellent review for Duopro Plumbing, LLC. Several days ago, we had them come to our home to perform a camera test first and then performed a cleaning of our sewer line. The technician - F. Sharp was very knowledgeable nice, and courteous. He was first class all the way and made the visit a good experience. We highly recommend Duopro Plumbing LLC. This company is very helpful, dependable and trustworthy.

The guys over at DuoPro are top notch and can handle projects big or small. They are honest, thorough, and will not try to upsell you. They truly put their customers first. I will be using them again for all of my future plumbing needs!

Brandon and Nick came out to look at some things I was concerned about. I got a quote within hours and set up an appointment a few days later.

Two other workers came out, I got my hot water flushed and new pipes for the water to my refrigerator. They were fast and efficient. I did have an issue with my faucet pressure but someone came back out within an hour to fix it (only due to turning my water completely off). Customer service is great! Pricing is reasonable and affordable, I would highly recommend DuoPro for any plumbing needs.

Duopro was very professional. Very up front of telling you your issues and showing you and they didn't try to sell me extras that I didn't need. I called them for my disabled Uncle who needed his gas turned back on because of a gas leak. They rushed right on a Friday morning so I could call the gas company back out before it was too late so he wouldn't have to wait until Monday.
