I have used Duopro services for years now. They have always been available when needed. They have done everything from new plumbing work to cleaning sewer lines for me. Always top notch.

Brandon and his guys got me a free estimate, told me exactly what they were gonna do, showed up exactly when they said they would, and did the job for the price quoted. Local company that will have my plumbing business. Give them a call.

We were not getting very much hot water out of an old water heater. They gave options of possible fixes to limp it along but recommended we replace it. They had a cancellation and were able to get it done the same week.

Gherig and his crew arrived onsite ready to work. While this was OK in this instance, I would have preferred an appointment be made first. There were a few unanticipated challenges, but Gherig overcame them before the job was complete.

Brandon (business end of the company), came onsite to see how the job was proceeding. In working through the challenges, I felt that Brandon and the others were very respectful to me and showed great patience while attempting to treat me fairly. At the end of the day, I feel I can recommend them to others!

They were in and out in under an hour. Very fast at figuring out the problem with the back up in my basement. Very reliable and effective work. Triple checked that they cleared the backup before finishing the job! They even cleaned up around the drain where it had backed up! 100% will be using them again!

Owner Brandon, and the rest of the team (especially Nick) are exceptional. Great service and they provide quality and affordable work. Highly recommend!

Called on Tuesday spoke with someone in the office, explained the issues I was having and was told the person I would need to talk to would have to get back with me the following day. Now the initial conversation I had was pleasant I understood why I would need to wait for a call, but in that process I had explained why I was looking for a new plumber an that my other experience with a different company had caused confidence concerns. I would of assume a company would be eager to gain a new client it is now Saturday I’m still looking for a new plumber to address my concerns

After almost 10 years of listening to the wife complain of having to drag heavy water hoses all around the house and yard to water all her (numerous) plants and gardens, I finally gave in and asked for help. Having a narrow crawl space (which I cannot go under) It was recommended I contact Brandon of DuoPro Plumbing to see what it would take to have a outdoor hose bib installed on the north side of our house.
Brandon came out and made the perilous trip under my house, took measurements and gave me a bid that fortunately I could afford and agree to. Within a day or two there was a man named Ross at the door to do the work and might I say, He was pleasant and answered my questions and explained what he would be doing and even took pictures of the work completed. Nice!
Wife is now happy and I am happy to recommend DuoPro to anyone needing any plumbing issues solved.

This is the second, maybe even the third time that we have used Duo Pro.
We are very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and the fact that they have been on time, each time. Will continue to use them when they are needed.
The last time, they installed a kitchen sink, this time they installed a water line from the sink to the refrigerator/ice maker

I don’t even know how to express my gratitude to this company . We had only been in our house one week when we came home from celebrating our new house . And walked downstairs to a river that was a huge huge mess . Let’s just say imaging what backed up sewer looks like times 5 . Yeah that gross . I called this company and they were here bright and early Saturday morning . And showed me what real customer service looks like . They’ve been back two more times to continue us taking care of what was obviously a pre existing condition . As they went down 100 feet with the snake pulling out tree branches ,limbs and other nasty stuff . And sadly we don’t have any remorse against the sellers to cover our cost of the money we have put out so far . All I can say is thank you thank you to this wonderful company . If you have any plumbing issues they are truly your guys to call. Hands down :)

Contacted DuoPro Plumbing to fix a tub/shower that was not working. Both Brandon (owner) and Brady (tech) were friendly, kind and professional from start to finish. These guys were honest and even saved me money. I would highly recommend DuoPro Plumbing for any projects big and small!

We had Duopro out to fix some gas leaks in a house we had just moved into. Not only did they fix the leaks, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They spent multiple hours on the phone with the city to get an inspection set up and even more hours on the phone with the gas company getting some kinks worked out so we could get our gas turned back on. They were even kind enough to have someone give us some electric space heaters in the meantime since it was below freezing at night during this time period. I highly recommend these guys! Super professional and friendly and they get the job done right!
