Very friendly and helpful sales service. I was looking for a hot water heater brand that was still MADE IN USA. Bradford White is the only one I could find that seems to fit the bill. After an online search I finally called the manufacturer to ask a technical question about a specific model and where I could buy locally, I found the Neenan Co. less than 1/2 mile from my house. I never knew they were there. Neenan Co's price was roughly 35 percent lower than the online price. Model selection at this store is limited, but they have a better selection at other stores in the area and could transfer if needed. I selected one in stock and another accessory. They loaded me up and I was on my way. I do a bit of plumbing for myself and family. I may wander in soon to see what other toys they have to restock my tool box.

I absolutely love this place. A water line for a toilet it $8.99 or so at Home Depot it's $1.99 or so here. A extended wax ring is like $6.00 at Home Depot, it's like $3.49 here. If you like saving $ and buying supplies from helpful people that know plumbing this is the place.

Thorough customer service. Looked over my unusual supply line issue, showed what a normal sized one should look like, tested fittings to demonstrate, and pointed me in the right direction.

I had a problem I could not solve. I took a faucet in and in less than 10 minutes I had the correct part (instead of the 2nd rate 3rd party part from a big box) and lots of help. Problem solved and very helpful and friendly staff.

This company does not care about customer service. They dont even know how to do online or phone payments. They make you come to their office to pay for a part that is under warranty and then get reimbursed later. IBC said they could ship the part to me if they wanted, but they refuse and are having it shipped to themselves instead. It took all day to get a warranty part that cost $60 and takes 20 mins to install. However, it took all day to deal with Neenan's. The absolutely do not care about the customer. They need to be taught a lesson about conducting business in the 21st century. I have been without hot water for 3 days and they couldn't care less. All I need is a simple ignitor. Thankfully Jamie at Mac Mcclain understands customer service and is going out of his way to help me.

I came in with a broken bathtub faucet cartridge, the guys were so nice and helpful. I had no idea what I was talking about but thanks to them I was able to fix my problem without calling a plumber. That’s saying a lot as I have absolutely no knowledge of plumbing.

Harold evaluated my aging sewer system and gave me affordable options to consider. He is very professional and respectful.

Great work with a variety of different options available. We needed to get our sewer lines replaced. The team was great, not pushy on sales, and ultimately a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! Scott and his co-worker were the best! Time efficient, did an amazing job on redoing my pipes, cleaned up EVERYDAY… yes I had a lot of work and it took 4 days. Each day Scott came on time, precise and efficient. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

We had Inception Plumbing out 2 months ago for our backed up basement. Dan and Chris were awesome! They came out the same day and had things cleared up within the hour. Tim was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained what was causing the issue, fixed it quickly, and even gave me a few tips to help prevent future clogs. I really appreciated the respectful and clean work—everything was left spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others. Great service all around!

Inception Plumbing is the best plumbing company I’ve ever had to my house. They are incredibly efficient knowledgeable, and they take care from beginning to end from the ladies that take the call to the dispatcher who dispatches this company keeps you informed every step of the way. I had a sewer backup. My neighbor used Levin Lowry with inception plumbing. I called Monday morning and within 2 hours Levin came. He diagnosed the problem and since he has done work in the area he knew it was the HOA that needed to take care of it. He helped my navigate them and stayed right on the issue. With his knowledge of the area and HOA he was able to get everything approved. I had a medical emergency and had to leave but he and his partner came out and completed the job. He called and let me know I was up and running . I would recommend Levi. And Inception to anyone wanting an honest, reliable and knowledgable plumbing company. Could not be happier and Scott who both came today and fixed my sewer.
