I needed to have a drain clog cleared so I called Ace's Drain Cleaning. Their workers were courteous and organized. In no time they had my drain running again and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Andrew and Ace were amazing. Lots of general information for a less experienced homeowner. I had an 11am apt and they were able to make it here by 10am and get my main line opened up. Will be using in the future and highly recommend.

My tub/shower faucet was old and wore out . Bought a new one and had ADC install it. Got the appointment scheduled, the technician showed up earlier and immediately got to work removing the old one. Installed the new one in a very tight space without damaging any existing ceramic tiles in the process. Operational testing of all components and zero leaks. Picked up cleaned up area. Very professional work. I will use them again.

What started out as what we thought was a simple kitchen drain snake turned into needing pipes removed and replaced. Ace's was professional and upfront about everything that they saw, what they needed to do and why. Whenever they advised of a service window they were always at the beginning of the window or early with great communication. They were even patient with me as I worked out an issue with my bank. I will use no other company moving forward.

They came almost immediately to check out the old water heater. Ace then came very promptly (the doorbell rang the minute he said he’d arrive) and did great work. I feel the work he did was of better quality than the bigger companies, and also a lot more affordable. He (and Jill) were very knowledgeable and friendly. I plan to call them back with any future plumbing issues!

I have owned my home here in KCMO for 30 years. It was built in the 60's, so naturally I have plumbing issues from time to time and have called different companies throughout.

But, within the past 5 years I have discovered Ace Drain Cleaning Plus and I have not called ANY OTHER COMPANY SINCE! Immediately, I could tell that my business mattered to them during my initial call. The office staff is very pleasant and professional. They have since logged a history of the projects they have completed at my residence, along with notes about my upcoming plumbing needs. This has given me GREAT CONFIDENCE in them (they remember me). It is obvious that Ace and his crew are knowledgable, experienced and skilled. They work hard and efficiently. They are HONEST and stay true to their bids. I find their pricing to be very fair as I have compared them with other companies. Recently, I needed them to eyeball a problem while letting them know that it was NOT urgent. Ace called me shortly after and stated that he was on his way. I told him it could wait until next week...he showed up SHORTLY thereafter. I was blown away by the response!!!

Ace was great. Came out to the house on short notice to get our main-line cleared. Ace was incredibly knowledgeable and an all-around good person. Got our main-line cleared in less than 2 hours and gave us some tips/tricks to keep it clean. Would recommend Ace’s to anyone in the KC area.

I would 100% recommend these guys. Completed the work timely, efficiently, and with quality craftsmanship. Replaced my main sewer line and worked all day 8 am-8 pm to complete the job correctly the first time. They worked their tails off to get my lines replaced. Double and triple checked their work and ensured the repair was 100% fixed. Great communication the whole time with what repairs needed to be done with great pricing. Drove over an hour to assist me and I am grateful to find such quality plumbers. I wouldn't use anybody else!

Five stars for the best plumbing company in the Kansas City Metro! Answer my call at 8 PM when my bathroom started to flood. Directed me to shut the water off and was trying to walk me through some other steps. Decided it’s best he comes out and checks it out which she did get me an appointment first thing in the morning, which I thought was pretty impressive.
They put booties on when they came to my house which really made me like them because not all people think that way. Very well, mannered, men dressed professional, found the problem and came up with a solution quickly. Appreciate small business’s like this and I highly recommend using this company for your needs. I will totally be calling them going forward! 10/10 :)

Zachary and his crew came out right away. I had clog in my main line and they were ontop of it. Fixed super quick no problem and very professional. 12/10 recommended and will be calling again with any other plumbing problems! Very respectful price for how quick and professional. Wife scheduled someone from Plumb~Tek to come out Thursday to give an estimate on a shower leak. Tech showed up shortly after 9am and described what thought was the issue. Gave us an estimate and said it would be emailed over for us to look over and confirm. And he left. Never received said email. Interestingly enough the gentleman said I lived on just the other side of the intersection from “The Boss”.

Update: Zach the owner of the company contacted us first thing. And informed us of the mishap with the estimate. They came right over to assist with our leaking shower issue. Craig diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to correct my shower leak to perfection. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future for any plumbing needs I may have. They’ve found a customer for life. I so greatly appreciate their attentiveness to the mistake with the estimate. And to professionally correct the issue and solve my worries. Thanks Zach and Craig!
