I’m so impressed with the work that was done! I clogged my drain with candle wax (lesson learned there) and was in a bind because my sink was full of water, my garbage disposal wasn’t working and this affected my dish washer as well.
Robby and Craig came out and were super courteous. They came early, got the job done in less than an hour and even cleaned my sink! Very thankful for them! I’m so happy that I chose this company!

Such a great experience working with the Plumb Tek team. We called with short notice for some work for new appliances. They were able to schedule us quickly and promptly got the work done and left the place better than they found it. I recommend and would do business with them again!

Zachary does an amazing job. As a contractor, I use him for all my plumbing needs. Most recently a frozen pipe situation where his team came out and found all the leaks and got them all fixed within the hour. Highly recommend.

Spoke to Zach on Friday. He said he’d come out Saturday between 8 and 12. He had me text my address, which I did - No response, so I texted him a follow-up message, and again, no response. I decided to call and got his answering service. After calling back again after noon, Zach answered and said he would come out at 2:30. Zach came out and looked at my place that was flooded. Didn’t check much - told me I needed a sump pump in my patio home. I’ve been the sole owner for 18 years and none of my neighbors have had flooding issues. Was told I had a foundational leak and pump would cost $3,200. Decided to have another plumber confirm, however, he found my condensation drain backed up, unclogged it with my hose, which stopped the leak and saved me over 3k. (Ladies, if your patio home floods, fix that drain yourself!)I gave Zach two stars, because at least the estimate was free.

My handyman referred me to Zachary at Plumb~Tech LLC as I had such terrible experiences with local plumbers in the past. Zachary came out to fix my tub faucet related problem, but the issue was more involved. He and Thomas arrived on time, were professional and polite. They had to leave to get additional parts but the job was completed that same day. They were so great, I asked them to fix an additional problem in my master bath. Thomas came out 2 days later, again on time, polite and professional. Thomas did a great job on my additional project. Since a hole had to be cut in the drywall, I was thankful Zachary was able to provide a recommendation for a drywall repair person. Would recommend!

Craig & Rob came out and treat us with great quality professional work. I will be recommending them and this company to everyone.

Called this morning and got quick response and arrival. Faucet was leaking and apparently fused to the sink. He sawed the old one off, which kinda scared me at first, but he explained why he did it later. Installed the new faucet I bought earlier with no issue. I forgot the extended hose hookups and he ran to the nearest store and bought them for me no extra charge. There was a small leak after he left that I was able to fix. But hey the guy did a quick and quality job and went above and beyond. Definitely will call when next I need a plumber.

I called Plumb Tek LLC on a Saturday expecting to not get a response or service same day. To my pleasant surprise, Zachary reached back within a short time to get details of what was being needed. He scheduled someone to come over same day. Craig came over same day and he got to work. I can tell he had a ton of experience for the exceptional work ethic and how pleasant he is. This was indeed a tough plumbing job but Craig neither complained nor gave any excuses and got the job done despite the difficult talks. I can tell you he went above and beyond and now I have found my go to place/people for my home’s plumbing need. Great service and experience with Zach and Victor. You can tell these guys care about the customer. Bought a house where the plumbing was a nightmare due to the contractors that flipped the house. Zach and Victor came back in to fix all of their mistakes and gave me peace of mind again. Zach also educated me about everything while he was doing it. Wouldn’t want it any other way.

The techs did a fantastic job on my water heater installation at a reasonable price.

I was referred to Plumb Tek by another plumber who was unable to solve my problem. I had a gas leak in a difficult spot and the gas company had shut off my service until it was fixed. I contacted Zach over the 4th of July weekend to see if he could help and he was at my house first thing Monday morning to look at the problem. After seeing what needed to be done he immediately re-scheduled guys on his team so my problem could get fixed with urgency. During the repair work he found even more gas leaks than the gas company identified and an already difficult job just got bigger. It was no match for Zach and the Plumb Tek team though, they had my whole system repaired, tested, and ready to go in no time. The work was fast, high quality, clean, and honest, everything you want in a service professional coming into your home.

As a homeowner who relies on service professionals for most of my home repairs and maintenance I've been burned more than a few times from hiring the wrong person for the job. Our main drain had became clogged, contacted Plumb Tek on a Friday morning and he offered to come that day, we were getting ready to leave town and decided we didn’t want to mess with it before leaving, we scheduled for him to come when we returned. He came at the scheduled time and performed the service, he went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us get a warranty plan that would cover plumbing problems so if major issues occur in the future we are covered. We will definitely use them again for any future needs and refer anyone we know to Plumb Tek.
