Ben was terrific. He was efficient, told me everything he was doing, advised me of what to check for and what not to run down the disposal. He was respectful of my property and cleaned up the area afterwards. Sharp Plumbing is lucky to have an employee like Ben.

Ben was really helpful in fixing a few small jobs that had piled up. He was thorough and professional. Pricing was cheaper than expected after another local company seemed to have overcharged us for another job recently. We just moved to the area so it is always hard to find reputable providers and Sharp will be our go to now!

Have been using Sharp Plumbing for several years and have been happy with their service. Yesterday they came out to auger a main line and upon leaving was presented the bill for $534. That was over 2 times what I have paid for services in the past. Be sure to make sure you ask how much. Unfortunately I talked to the owner and he stated that was correct and sorry I was unhappy. I won't call them again. Buyer beware.

Poor Communication, Incorrect Diagnosis, and High Pricing

I scheduled service for a slow-draining toilet and was quoted over $250 for a simple drain cleaning. The technician was supposed to arrive between 1–4 PM with a text notification, but by 4:30 I still hadn’t heard anything. When I called, I was told he’d “headed out a half hour ago,” even though I live less than 30 minutes away.

When he arrived, he spent under 10 minutes here. He claimed the issue wasn’t a clog at all but a so-called “mechanism” inside the bowl that had supposedly worn out and couldn’t be replaced, and then quoted almost $400 for labor only to install a new toilet I would have to provide myself. I’ve been around rental properties my entire life and know basic plumbing. I questioned him thoroughly and explained how toilets actually work, but was told I was wrong.

After he left, I cleared the real issue myself: a clogged flush passage. The toilet works perfectly now.

Despite doing essentially nothing and providing an incorrect diagnosis, I was still charged a $100 service fee.

Between the late arrival, lack of communication, incorrect information, and high pricing, I left feeling misled and talked down to. I would not use this company again.

Unbelievable service and integrity provided by sharp plumbing. Called 5 service providers in the area. All quoted me over $20k, trying to sell unnecessary services and repair. Sharp pluming pinpointed the issue and offered a simple straight forward solution, targeting the collapse pipe area, replacing it and solving the issue. Cutting the competition price by 75%!!! Very satisfied with their transparency and quality of work. Highly recommended!

In a previous review, I stated that I felt overcharged on my last experience. Someone from Sharp Plumbing’s office reached out. We talked it through and they made an adjustment. They do great work. I just wasn’t as happy with that particular experience, but they have made it right by me. I appreciate their effort. I do highly recommend them.

I had a kitchen drain replaced in it's entirety & a laundry drain moved for better access. I found the company to be honest. efficient & reasonable for the work done. Definitely recommend Sharp plumbing, very pleased with the finished result!

This is by far the best plumber we have used yet! Had a clogged pipe and a leak in our basement, Matthew V did a great job and it was very cost efficient! We plan on using them from now on! It is almost time to replace our hot water heater they are who we plan on using. If you are looking for a good plumber, they are the best!
