Employees like to illegally park their F-150s at the local bar (Amigos) making it almost impossible to enter or exit the parking lot with proper visibility and without getting in a accident. Parked at the bar literally everyday.

Great product! As advertised....it will lift structures, truly amazing. We had used Olshan previously, on just a portion of the house, only to have their system fail. Our project was very large and scheduled in between other large projects. (Along with weather, that never seems to cooperate)This caused some schedule conflicts with other efforts we had planned for our home. Jim acknowledged the situation, we talked through it, and together we came up with a solution. He brought in the Blomquist brothers to meticulously repair the inside cracks, which looked fabulous. He also had them replace wood on porch and hand railings on front steps. At his expense for the inconvenience the schedule conflicts produced. That looked fabulous as well. As I was remodeling the downstairs I noticed a “depression and crack” on a wall/floor joint in between two piers. Jim came over looked at it and said “cracked footing “, we will be back to put a KIng Pier 2 in there. It took about 2-3 weeks to get his schedule to open up on a Saturday but Jim and a New employee returned and fixed it. No cost to us other than the time. We had some backfill/grading issues to work through (equipment failures being the main) but again with some patients and perseverance it was addressed!

Jim King went above and beyond to help me with my historical building. He did not charge me for consultations, and gave me great, Prompt service.
I will definitely use him for Any future issues I may have.

I live in Texas and have been slowly been renovating my Sisters home in Kansas City over the past several years. During that time I have used King Piers on two separate occasions for two separate issues. Both times I have been extremely pleased with both the workmanship and professionalism demonstrated by Jim and his Sons. I doubt that I will ever require foundation services in Kansas City again, but if I did I would only contact King Piers. I recommend that anyone in the Kansas City area requiring such services do the same.

I've utilized King Piers for foundation and exterior concrete issues at my last 2 homes. They are ALWAYS who I recommend. Their work is top-notch, they provide excellent communication, and are always available for follow-up questions or concerns. I hope I'm done with foundation issues, but if something comes up, I'm calling Jim or Matt at King Piers!

I had an amazing experience today with King Piers LLC. We have had so much rain in my town and many basements are flooded and leaking. No other company would return my calls or said they were too busy to come out for 3 weeks. I was desperate as I am almost ready to close on my house, and the inspection showed a tiny 6"crack in the foundation, which had to be fixed before closing in a week. Matt not only returned the call but came out that next morning between calls. He injected the crack and was finished in 15 minutes. Today he is my hero and I am sure he did not inconvience any of his customers by fitting this 15 minutes in between his calls. Not often do you meet a man or a company with this kind of heart and integrity. The price was more than fair. Use this company and you won't be disappointed.

We needed some foundation repairs on our house, and after some fairly extensive research, we decided to hire King Piers to do the work.
Jim, the owner, came out a couple of times to answer all the questions we had and gave us the straight forward responses we needed, along with a fair price.
We dealt with Matt, Jim's older son, trying to get all of our schedules lined up and, again, received straight answers, no runaround.
Matt and the crew showed up on the day agreed upon and got to work immediately.
I got to meet Mike, the younger son, on the day the concrete was being poured. He was very nice and a pleasure to visit with. You could see the pride he has for the company and the people that work there.
I can't give Enrique, the foreman, enough praise. He doesn't know the word "quit". He and Miguel (I didn't get the name of the third crew member) did a fantastic job digging the access holes (all by hand in nearly 100 degree heat), setting the piers and leveling the house.
He repaired all the cracks in the sheet rock inside the house after the outside work was finished, taking great care not to track dirt inside. He even sealed all the cracks in the rest of the foundation (even those that should have been sealed by another company we had used on a previous job).
They did such a great job of cleaning up afterwards, you could barely tell they had been there at all.
I am so glad I took the time to check into this company and these people. I know from now on, I won't have to do that anymore, I'll just give them a call and know that I'm going to get the job done right.
I've told several of my friends and family members about my experience already, and will continue to do so.

Wish there were 10 stars for rating this company! After we tried 2 other solutions to stop water from getting into our basement, they came to assess our problem and knew exactly what to do. We have had 3 very severe rains since they came to our rescue, and absolutely no more water!! We wish we would have called them first. They communicated regularly for the appointments we needed and were right on time. And wow, their quote came in lower than their estimate. How wonderful was that! We had a fantastic experience with the King Piers team. We have a nearly 100 year old home with a stone foundation. We had our porch and steps piered and some wood rot replaced. They were professional, extremely hard working, and thorough. The work was done just as expected and to the highest level of excellence. Would highly recommend this company for any foundation needs.

I had a French drain installed approximately 99ft long in my backyard. After completion, heavy and continuous rain had created issues by washing away the fresh dirt put down. Jim had to come back more than once to make adjustments. He returned my calls, answered every question, and addressed the issues until I was completely satisfied. He kept his word and did whatever to make it right and give me customer satisfaction. I would recommend him. Also, his crew were very knowledgable and professional.
