Wow, we have our house back! Dry conditions made the foundation sink, and the house was literally falling apart. King Piers to the rescue. The crew dug neat and impressive holes around the inside of our basement, jacked the foundation back into place, and poured concrete piers that aren’t going anywhere. They tuck pointed our broken bricks neatly once the walls were back where they belong. I never knew you could do so much dirty work yet keep a worksite so clean. The owner Jim King was very clear on how the process works, then it went just like he said. He was always responsive with any questions we had along the way. Now the rest is up to us – patching and painting our plaster walls. At least we know they won’t go anywhere this time!

Jim and his crew did a great job on our 120year old farmhouse. They did a complete stone renovation, added support and repaired cracks on our disaster of a project. We didn't want to ever go in our basement. Now we have a great area for storage and safety from storms. Having stone foundation settling is a pretty daunting problem. Jim at King Piers made the experience incredibly manageable and left me with great results. I honestly don’t believe I could have possibly gotten the results I did without Jim’s expertise and his King Pier system. Walls are now level, cracks were sealed up and the brick facade now sits back flush with the house. On top of that, they were able to do a porch extension that I’m already getting to enjoy. If I could give King Piers LLC a hundred stars I would. I made the unfortunate mistake of hiring a different company due to not knowing about King Piers. The other company came and did work and made my situation 100X worse. I found out about King Piers and Jim came out very quickly and got the job done. The other company was just trying to mask the problem. King Piers attacked the problem and actually FIXED the issue. I have heard great things about King Piers. Jim is super friendly and kind, but the scheduling system is not good & has ruined any future business we would be doing with them.

My husband and I have scheduled 3 appointments to have cracks filled in our basement, every time no one showed up. It’s inconsiderate of others schedules & time. If you are too busy & can’t work a job in, please don’t schedule the repair & then not show up.

“They followed the engineer’s plans” is what they said. No engineer would route any sidewalk the way it is in front of my house. Their foreman said “ no , I would not want this in front of my house”. Yet it is here. Drive down Bynum road in Lone Jack, Mo. I challenge you. Look at the sidewalk. Not the uneven storm drains, not the storm drains being higher than the road. Just look at the sidewalk. You will find my house. It may take 3 tries. You will find it and then question WHY? I was raised if you can not be proud of the work you did, don’t do it.
