We have used City Wide remodelers several times over many years for kitchen, bathroom and deck projects. We most recently remodeled our master bathroom, updated 2 other bathrooms and remodeled our finished basement. Matt created the overall design. Cheri was amazing at helping us select fixtures, colors and everything design related. Scott, Nick and TJ each worked with great skill and care; their pride in their individual crafts was evident. Jim managed the project and was immediately attentive to every detail, big and small; his communication was outstanding from start to finish. They ALL treated our house as if it were their own home. We highly recommend City Wide!

I discovered City Wide Remodelers kind of by accident, but I sure am glad that I did because they really are the best! I do not take that lightly either.

Regarding quality of work, City Wide delivered consistently high-quality results. One was building some shelves for my movie collection, and several people have already commented to me about how nice those shelves are. They also did some work on a medicine cabinet that shows their attention even to small details, taking time to make it match what was already in my bathroom.

Their customer service was great as well. Someone was always available to answer my questions and talk with me about my project, and I actually enjoyed working with them. They did not drag their feet doing the work, but they did not try to do it too fast or rush through it either. Professionalism defined my experience with them from initial contact to estimate to work to post-job follow-up. Everyone was very polite and friendly toward me.

One aspect that I especially appreciated was City Wide’s communication. They took the time not only to explain things to me but also to talk with me about my vision for the finished result and to offer suggestions and options. I felt like they really did care about me as their client and wanted me to be not just satisfied by happy with the results.

For a high-end remodeler, City Wide’s pricing really is not that high. I would put them in the mid-range, and certainly reasonable for the quality of work that they delivered. They also showed some flexibility with payments and so forth.

I am glad that I got to work with a locally-owned and operated business like City Wide because I support the little guy and also because of their personal approach and attention to detail. They have been in business for seventy (70) years this year, and it is easy to see why. I hope that they will still be around seventy years from now, and beyond that!

What started out for us as a “let’s replace the carpet” project turned into a “let’s go ahead and update our 30-year-old house” project! We heard about City Wide Remodelers on the Toby Tobin show on KMBZ, and decided to go with them for this remodel. From start to finish of our 3-month transformation, they were professional, communicative, accommodating, and just all around nice people to work with! They were always on time and showed up when they said they would. They handled the unexpected structural challenges our house presented, and were gracious when we changed our minds about a couple choices we’d made. When subcontractors threw a wrench in the schedule, Jim and his crew of Scott, Tommy, and Shay did the job themselves to ensure it was done correctly and on time. Their attention to detail is top notch, even down to sweeping and cleaning up their work area every day before they left. We recently hired them again to repair structural problems with our 2nd story floor before having the carpet installed, what started it all in the first place!

The crew was amazing and we love our new kitchen. They really took the time to take our preferences into account and gave us step by step information of what was being done. We look forward to working with them on future projects.

City Wide Remodelers did an amazing job remodeling our master and hall baths. We did originally request bids from other companies but what set City Wide apart was they were reasonably priced and were willing to do what we wanted and not just a cookie cutter remodel. Whether it was a heated floor or a bigger shower they figured it out for us. The entire team (Matt, Cheri, Jim, Scott, TJ, Tommy, Kaylor and James) were professional and helped us as first time remodelers through each step of the process. We cannot say enough good things about the quality of work, organization and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, completed on time and on budget. We look forward to working with them on other projects in the future. 5 STARS!!

These guys are great! Everything about this company has been top notch from the beginning. Their bid didn’t change, they kept to their schedule & were a pleasure to work with all the way through.

A brief history of this project: This master bath remodel was a ‘bucket list’ project. Must haves included a steam shower, a freestanding bath tub that could accommodate a real sized person & submerge them, separate (bidet) toilet room, and making use of the alcove in the room (which became its own project). This all began in 2016 with removal of the old BR & beginning to purchase the various different pieces that would make up the new bath. Steam unit. Shower hardware & fixtures. Bath tub. Toilet. Etc.

After 6 years of buying & storing most of the needed items I reached out to City Wide. They came in to see the basic framing of what would come & most of the plumbing & electrical in. However there were no walls, no tile, an unfinished ceiling, roughed in plumbing & no lights. Matt took one look, smiled & said “not a problem, we can help”.

After consulting with a decorator (recommended by CW) & choosing tile, color, etc. Jim and his team (Scott, TJ & others) came in for the finish. They were able to square off corners (that weren’t), craft & install doors in odd sized openings, install recessed crown molding to conceal the lights, installed a (very) difficult toilet & laid down one of the BEST works of tile that I’ve ever personally seen.

This group took multiple pieces of an unfinished puzzle & brought it all home. On time and on budget.

I can’t say enough about working with this group.

They are the only contractor for me. They have earned it!

5 Stars!!! We couldn't be happier with City Wide Remodelers. We had a total re-do of our master bath in our 26 year-old home. It was good to talk to a company that listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us towards a cookie-cutter design where they could show us the finished look on a laptop. Matt and Cheri made suggestions that made sense to us in tile, paint, fixtures, etc. Shay, TJ, Tommy and Jim helped us make decisions as we progressed on modernizing our bath. ...And they treated our home like their own cleaning up every day after finishing their work. The finished product is GREAT!

This was our second time using City Wide Remodelers. The entire experience (getting estimate, ordering materials, communication, the work product and clean up after the work) has been great both times. Cheri in the office was very helpful in getting every thing scheduled and communicated all updates and schedules. Scott did the actual remodeling and he did an outstanding job. He is especially careful to keep the dust and mess to a minimum and cleaned up after the job. Our kitchen may have been cleaner after Scott finished the job than before he started. We will definitely use City Wide when we need more work done.

We hired City Wide Remodelers to renovate both our master bathroom and guest bathroom. We are beyond happy with the result! Our experience was positive from the very beginning. They really listened to our ideas, and the input we received in the show room was awesome! Every single person who worked on our project was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond! They took care of every little detail and made sure nothing was left undone. We’re attaching photos (although photos don’t do justice).

We have already begun recommending City Wide to our friends!

This man is a fraud. He said he fixed things that still don’t work and charged 800 dollars he never came when he said he would and he has also stolen $250 and refuses to call us back . BEWARE. He is not to be trusted !!
