This Is my third online order with this Home Depot? Unfortunately, the store location has a hard time being organized. Don’t place orders Online through here.

Would never recommend this particular Home Depot to anyone for having any window treatments done! The person who comes to do the actual installations was great, but getting the blinds ordered was a huge ordeal. The people who work in this department don't seem to know enough or want to help you at all!!!

Pathetic. Hired them in October to install laminate flooring in one room. Was told it was a two week job, especially if I picked up the floor myself. I picked it up the day after they called me, was told I'd get a call to schedule my install next day or so, a week later I hadn't heard from them. Went to the store to all what was going on, was told they would call next day. Two days later they finally called. By then they couldn't schedule till after Thanksgiving. Then they couldn't finish the job, they had ordered the wrong transition pieces for carpet intead of for floor. Almost two weeks later still couldn't finish, not enough transition pieces were ordered. Manager tried blaming me for the delays staying I had requested the install date and I had requested a specific color for the transitions. Actually yes, I requested an install 2 weeks after I paid and transitions that match the floor I ordered is the standard.

My husband and I have spent a lot of money with Home Depot over the last 10 months; approximately 10k. We bought a riding mower, carpet and install and a new front door/frame and install amongst other things. Needless to say we feel like with all of that money spent we were hoping to at least get decent costumer service, however it doesn't seem possible.

When you do get someone who is polite they don't seem to know much about their own department. I spoke to three people about getting a phone number for the contractor hired to install our new door and apparently it's some sort of secret. No one would give it to me and I kept getting the run around. Then I was transferred to a "Tracy" in which I left a voicemail and never received a call back. No surprise. We'll wait and see how the door and carpet install go before calling into complain. Nothing else has gone that well....

Hi, The Carpet Department and Installer have a game lying to people. My case, they offer that the carpet will be intall in 7 Days after payment. Thats the current offer. Then the installer call that it will be at approximately 3 weeks. I call them and they try to offer a 15 dollar Gif Card. I pay more than $5,000.00. And i am cancelling my order. Be careful, because it can be weeks before the carpet is installed.

Great locally owned company. They got me on their schedule quickly and got my problem fixed immediately. Did not try to upsell or fix things that were not an issue. Scotties guys are very clean and professional. Will be my go to from here on out!!! If you are not using them them you are wrong. Thanks a million!!!

I have used there hvac and metal fabrication services. Top quality service and craftsmanship. Upfront honesty and great pricing are 2 other things you can count as well. They are only go to for either service.

No one likes an AC going out especially when it starts getting hot in June but MoKan was quick to respond and help out. Highly recommend them for fair pricing and quality of work!

Mo-Kan Metals and Services was professional and did quality work to fix our AC. Scott and his guys were easy to get a hold of and communicate with about the issues with our AC. They were honest and saved us a lot of money compared to the big HVAC companies. I would highly recommend.

Our furnace was off it was 10 degrees outside he came in only 15 minutes of his time on the weekend got our heat going..
