Constraction reviews in Kansas City, Missouri

This is about as top-notch of a place as it gets for construction
-
Great company, union no good
-
Great company, exceptional building skill set
-
We were told thatthe projects would take 6-8 weeks...it took 8 months & they're still not done
-
They tackled the hardest job ever and helped get a lot done in a timely manner
-
Professionals that will get it done, safely and on time.
-
All around great company! Great people!
-
Do not understand why they had to drive over my curb and then down into my driveway? Without asking first... A bit rude and destructive.
-
I've heard a ton of really good things from everyone I ask about the company to. Very excited to see them get even bigger than they are!
-
This company is unprofessional and has no planning skills. They destroyed the water main at my daycare and shut the place down because they don’t know how to check underground before digging. STAY AWAY
-
They're working by my yard. They dropped the cover on my plant. Removed it when I asked. Now they have tube like things in the plant and they're gone. Not the first time

As a resident of the Willow Ridge Manor subdivision in West Shawnee, KS, I wanted to thank the workers of Kissick Construction for their diligence and attention to detail on the recent project on Silverheel Drive. While construction projects can be disruptive to any location, your staff were always respectful of the thoroughfare which included residents, school buses (Horizon Elementary School) and those who use this street as a cut-through. The property was well marked with signs/cones and the sewers were blocked to prevent debris from falling into the drains. Additionally, your staff cleaned up daily at the end of their shift - ensuring our neighborhood remained beautiful. Please extend to your staff my appreciation for a job professionally/beautifully executed. They showed up daily on time and are hard working individuals. We look forward to the property being developed in the future!

Kissing crews have been superior in their empathy, caring, and accommodating we citizens on Quivira Rd thru this long on-going job installing new water lines for JoCo WaterOne. Thank all of you great Kissick folks!
-
Please don't block people's driveways.

Reckless driving is a criminal offense. Then blaming other drivers for your own dangerous driving habits should also be a criminal offense. I will not deal with liars such as this. Maybe a great construction company, who knows. But as far as this place being safe on public highways? Not a chance.

Kissick is currently doing some work at K-state in front of the building I work at. And today I tried to move a big recycle bin up the stairs and not realizing how heavy and unbalanced it was dropped it and everything thing spilled out. Two of their men saw this mishap and quickly came over to assist me. They were super friendly and didn't even think twice about it. I am so glad that our university can peacefully exist with such awesome people.

After covering basin drain.and filling in my draining ditch and cutting up my sump pump line and I confront them on it .and they withheld putting gravel down on my driveway .but have put gravel on all my neighbors. Along telling me it's going to be better than it was right. I still have a big muddy mess in my front yard

The guy driving the Pipe Lining Team box truck down I-35 sped up when he saw I was trying to get over in the right lane until I couldn't even see his bumper behind me going 60 mph. Then he moved over a lane passed me, immediately got in front of me with inches to spare. We took the Antioch exit immediately after that so there was no need for that other than to let me know he didn't like that I had gotten in front of him. From the looks of the other reviews safety while driving is not a priority for your company.

This may be a good company idk. But the out right no respect on public hwys, 435 South bound, just before I-70 at 8:30 am. You driver of truck T-123, my car was in.the slow lane, traveling 65 mph, and you would have thought your driver was working for the fire department. There's no reason for your driver to be so.cloae to my bumper that if for any reason I had to hit my brakes .There no way your driver could have safely stopped at all. As a Professional Driver myself, it's so unprofessional to be literally inches from my bumper like that. My family wants me to be going home to them at the end of the day, just like yours. Safety choices.
Please drive safe people. -
Apparently these dudes or one in particular drives like a drunk person and leaves his bright's on regardless of oncoming traffic or if cars are in front of him. To me that says a lot about the quality of people they have employed and the quality work they would do, if they disregard roadway safety.

Horrible driver. Pulled into the left lane to go around someone and pulled out into a solid line of traffic on De Soto forcing traffic to slam on breaks. Then proceeded to cut off someone else at the traffic light. Not a good look in the company vehicle but it looks like the company doesn't care based on all the reviews calling out similar behavior
