We had a great experience with ServPro after having water damage. We were out of town at the time they came in got everything cleaned up and dried out. They communicated with us on a regular basis so we were kept up-to-date with what was going on. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Broken pipe flooded basement. ServPro showed up with 16 fans, 3 dehumidifiers and a HEPA air filtration unit. The guys were friendly, professional and focussed on getting things dried out. It took 6 days, to finish, with someone coming to check moisture levels every few days--they were on top of the progress.
From the initial call, through the remediation, to the billing and contact with my insurance provider, I have been completely satisfied with ServPro's service. I wish pipes never broke, but when they do, I know ServPro will take care of my home.

The mitigation services were good, I would recommend ServPro for MITIGATION only services (5 stars).
I would NOT use or recommend Servpro for any REBUILD/Restoration services. They are shamelessly lied on an estimate, blown it out of proportions, increasing it 8 times more than what actually needed to be fixed. It is very disturbing that they trying to take advantage of the women. They made a mistake. Many people are not tech savvy. I am not one of them. I caught them in falsification and cheating of the estimate report and asked them to correct it. The second estimate was not accurate either. They added items unrelated to a job we discussed previously and changed footage numbers without changing totals for the updated footage (aka keeping amount for larger footage estimate) and completely removed the monetary values per item. Little do they know that their original estimate has values per item, and people CAN calculate the unit price. I communicated all these mistakes back to them and asked them to revise and estimate again. They refused to do so. No wonder: they will not work on my repairs. Rebuild services (1 start). Sad. Because the mitigation services were good. Servpro need to rework their approach to Restoration services and be honest in their estimates. Only by doing honest business will the company succeed. Thus, Average Score is 3 but could be better.

Servpro was here immediately after I called. I had a flooded basement. Moved everything out. Then cleaned everything up and disinfected the area. Great job and very professional. Highly recommend.
