They arrived the day after my basement flooded around 2:00 and 2:30 and were here until after 11pm removing wet carpet and pad and setting up blowers, dehumidifiers and and air cleaner to remove the water and the smell. They are extremely professional.

UPDATED: State Farm did a whole miscommunication that led to a previous one star review. The service provided was great when they came out. However, while I was actively trying to reach State Farm to discuss the invoice I was being emailed about from ServPro they sent a final email threatening to “take action” if I didn’t pay. This is after I had told their billing lady multiple times that I was working with State Farm to confirm the amount as State Farm no longer direct billed.

The entire crew was great! Isaiah, Joe and 3rd man were professional, through and took great care of my home. Stayed quite late to finish the job!!

Daniel, Zion and Tomas did a great job doing the tear out and mitigation on my water damage. They were very professional and kept me involved in the process. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater leaked and caused mold, so Servpro was contacted through our insurance. Until the work was done, I was getting 3-5 calls a day with updates, most of which I did not need (for example, one was I talked to my supervisor and they are busy, they’ll call you back when they’re available, followed by an immediate call back from the supervisor). My entire basement wall was removed for mold treatment, which I should mention was paid for by my insurance, but when I contacted them again to repair what they had removed, they said the job was too small for them since I went with someone else for the carpet. Had I been told in one of those several phone calls, or during the treatment process when I asked several times what next steps are and how I can schedule the repair, only to be told “the next guy does that” and nothing more, that the job was too small for them and I needed to have bundled the services, I might have gone with them for everything. There were many opportunities for transparency but I am so disappointed in my experience. They did a great job with the mold removal but now I’m stuck with half a wall all the way around my basement.

TLDR: too many phone calls with meaningless updates and not enough transparency on the FULL process.

The crew was polite, fast and efficient! They took care of two rooms the same day they had been damaged by water from a faulty dishwasher! They were friendly, knowledgeable and clean up after themselves. I would definitely use them again, although I hope I never have to!

This company was great at responding to my need for help after basement flood. They were amazing at cleaning and saving as much as possible. Employees were very attentive to my situation and tried to be as helpful as possible. It was Christmas season so definitely appreciated the quick service and help. Only issue for me is price was kind of pricey. Understanding it is nasty and highly involved job, but price aside they were wonderful.

SERVEPRO did an excellent job ripping out the damaged sheet rock, up about 2 or 3 feet from the floor. They did that in my family room, the bathroom, the utility room where my washer and dryer WERE (they are no longer hooked up or usable), a small bathroom and a bedroom. In addition to the carpet and pad being ripped up, they removed the vanity from the small bathroom, and I have been told all the tile needs to be removed from the shower but it hasn't yet.
Their "destruction" work was done timely and clean up after was very good.
I am waiting for the reconstruction crew to arrive and begin restoring the place to the way it was. I have heard very little if at all from them, but it is a weekend.
They folks were all very polite and thorough in the work they have done so far. I am looking forward to the completion of the job. I assume I will hear from them on Monday. They have been very professional so far. Daniel Hernandez, the project manager was great in communicating with me and supervising the destruction work with his crew. I hope the reconstruction work goes as well.
