I am an insurance agent and have had several experiences with AAS Restoration. They have done an exceptional job for my clients and for myself. I was a client of theirs a few years ago when I had water damage to my house on two stories. They came when they said they would come and the work that was performed was top notch. I would highly recommend working with AAS.

Have worked with and know AAS Restoration for several years now. I have hired them and recommended them too many times to count. You can count on professional and courteous service. You can also guarantee a job well done.

Remember they do more than just restoration work. Keep them in mind for carpet cleaning, or do you have a family of kids in sports, they can clean their equipment and make it look brand new.

But of course if you have a disaster, Fire, Water, Wind they should be the first people you call.

AAS came out and bid an insurance job for us for hail on our property. Sam did a great job explaining the process, the other staff (Lori & Amy) have been quick with answers and the paperwork needed to get the claim completed and paid. The roof was completed in less than 3 weeks and it looks great! We could not have picked a better company! Thanks!

We had some food/grease stains on our carpet that I was unable to remove. I contacted AAS to clean our carpet and was very pleased with the job they did. From the quote process to the day of the cleaning, the staff was very professional. Vicki Sutcliffe, our salesperson, followed up to make sure we were happy and was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to contact AAS again in the future.

I got a premium, to code, roof installation, and professional seemless gutters.

Anthony Fanara guided us through the whole process.

It was great to have a contractor who was an advocate on my behalf to guide me in dealing with the insurance company.
He was here throughout the progress of the work and stayed close by making me feel as though the workers would know they were accountable which, too me, meant top notch work.

I'd recommend AAS to anyone blessed enough to be within their operating area!

My neighbor suffered roof and siding damage and now have a more beautiful home after AAS fixed it all.

They also added a deck front and back to their house by AAS.

AAS Restoration & Roofing Company completed roof repairs on my home to stop a rain leak problem that other companies had been unable to correct. AAS workers then replaced the bedroom ceiling that had been damaged by the leak. Workers arrived promptly as scheduled and performed the work and cleanup efficiently. The bedroom ceiling replacement was an excellent match to the other ceilings in my home! Company officials carefully supervised the work and made the project proceed in a professional manner. I am happy to recommend AAS services.

When my sump pump malfunctioned and a heavy rain came, it was the perfect storm to flood my basement. We're talking two inches in the (fortunately unfinished) basement too. My Farmer's Insurance claims agent referred me to AAS when I asked for the best. He said he uses them for his own rental property and couldn't be happier. After working with their team this week, I'd have to agree. Within two hours of my initial contact, a team lead by a wonderfully nice woman named Irene came to have a look. They thoroughly explained everything to me - what had happened, what they would do to fix it, what that meant for me. They were able to begin immediately and within a few hours they were able to remove a foot of insulation, clean the concrete, apply antimicrobial application and more. Plus they did so as cost-efficiently as possible since they knew I would be paying them directly. If I were you, I'd give them a call. Thank you Irene and AAS!!!

AAS is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them for all of your storm damaged needs. We had a lot of hail damage to our roof, gutters, and vinyl siding and AAS took care of replacing it all. When they completed the work, everything looked great! They replaced 1 side of vinyl siding on our house that was 20 years old, and matched it perfectly to the rest of the house. I called AAS before contacting my insurance company, and that was the best thing I did. Sam, my contractor, is fantastic! He evaluated the storm damage and met with the insurance adjustor to make sure everything was taking care of. Not only is Sam a great person to work with, but so is everyone at the main office. Anytime I had a question or a concern, they were there to help, and they took care of all of the paperwork with my insurance company. Amy, thank you for everything you are the best!

From getting an estimate, to dealing with insurance to having the work done, AAS Restoration & Roofing (specifically Anthony) was in communication throughout the whole process. He made everything easy to understand, made sure we got done what needed to be done and it was done correctly. We now have a great new roof and don’t have to worry about leaks! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new roof! An easy, painless process!

DO NOT TRUST AFC!!! . This company will take advantage of you by taking an obscene amount of time on your restoration. They will up charging and price gouge their estimates from their original bid to your insurance. Then threaten you with legal action if the insurance doesn’t pay the prices they inflated. We had a small kitchen fire and they took advantage of you at a very vulnerable time. They took 6 months to renovate the kitchen, paint the walls, and install carpet. All their construction trash was left behind for us to clean. They drug their feet while we out of a home with no place to stay. The final day of their timeline they showed up with a ton of guys poorly trying to put their finishing touches in a rush. Still leaving items incomplete. They forced me to sign a letter all tasked we’re complete to my standard. Craig C will manipulate your circumstances and you will be left with a subpar kitchen renovation that took the time and cost the same of a brand new home to be constructed top to bottom. This has been the worst experience.

Absolutely terrible company to work with. Almost a year later and we're still fighting AFC because they grossly overcharged/edited charges. Beyond the waiting, the work was done shoddily, the AFC manager was a mess and didn't communicate, the billing department is useless, and the whole process was just the worst.

Do not use AFC unless theyre the only option. Even then, I'd do it myself.

Learn from my mistake

You might want to talk to your employees about not treating I70 as your personal speedway. Couldn’t get the plate but the truck was going 80-90 mph in a 55 past the stadiums going west bound. Looked like he was racing or road raging.
