2nd time requesting a quote. No show or call again. Would not use them!

I called this company to fix a leak from my roof I paid them the next time it rain it was still leaking I know I called at least 10 times they never came back or called.

Lowest clearest bid with 10yr warranty. Very knowledgeable. If do it again.

Gave me a fair $$. Showed up when they said they were. Got job done fast and did a excellent job.

Lady was very nice on the phone. She put me on the list. Can't wait to do business with them.

The roof had to be entirely replaced and it was done quickly, efficiently, and there was no mess left behind like other roofing companies my neighbors have dealt with.

Other than the very nice lady who answers the phone, I know that they showed up at the property several days after my car without notifying me that they were coming and I never heard anything from them.

Worst company ever. Do not use this company. None of his employees speak English, and trying to contact him is very difficult. He states he has a a+ rating, but in truth it is A-, and more than likely with my BBB report, it will drop him below an A rating. He makes promises to clean up after a job but he doesn't follow through. My opinion, stay away from this business!!!

I called this company asked for a bid on my roof. They sent someone out in a timely manner. A week later they email me a bid after I called them back to see what the delay was. You think they would have called to see if I received the bid but no. I didn't see any of there work but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We bought a house and it needed a new roof, the sellers were paying for the roof but it took a lot longer than expected to close but once we closed they fit us in with in days. They got the roof done quickly, also they came back and did a clean up!! David called me back to check and make sure I was happy! awesome company!!

I could not recommend this company any higher. The office staff (Carol) is awesome and worked very hard to make sure everything came off without a hitch and it did. The house looks beautiful and i think its now the gem of the neighborhood. The crew worked very hard and was very professional. You won't be dissappointed with their work!!

My husband and I were so impressed with the men working on our roof. Such azing work and very hard workers. We have the prettiest roof on the block! Price was very reasonable. Good company and would highly recommend them!

The quote we received was very competitive and the customer service representative was very responsive to emails. We didn't have any issues with the actual roofing job. In fact, they were able to get it done a week sooner than scheduled. My only complaint about the roofing job is they didn't let us know they were showing up a week early to complete the work. We happened to be out of town and didn't even know the roof was done until another contractor we had working for us mentioned the roofers being on the property while we were away. The crew did a great job clearing away any leftover roofing debris. The reason I'm giving a two star review is our experience with the other aspects of the job we had asked them to complete. We had Ramirez Roofing also install brand new gutters and fix/repair fascia and soffit wood rot. We asked if the fascia and soffit could be painted before our brand new gutters were installed. Only the repaired and new fascia and soffits were painted. When we pointed out that we specified several times in emails that we wanted new and existing fascia/soffits painted, they were very willing to send a painter out to complete the job we had initially asked them to do. However, the painter managed to hit our brand new gutters with paint and we noticed drips on the siding and concrete. Apparently the company doesn't have a professional painter on staff - we didn't know they were using the roofers to paint or we would have hired a different company to do the painting work! The company was willing to negotiate on the price after we pointed out the miscommunication and the expectation differences. The other issue we ran into concerned the removal of two satellite dishes. We did not want them reinstalled after the new roof went on, but this was lost in communication somehow. Once again, the company was willing to remedy the problem, but the first time they came back they failed to remove both satellites and they had to come back out a second time to remove the final satellite we had wanted removed from the very beginning of the project. The customer service representative was very quick to respond to my emails, even over the weekend, which was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated their willingness to resolve problems we ran into. It's just unfortunate so much miscommunication occurred in our particular situation.

These guys are great!! They were doing my neighbors roof and saw that me and my girlfriend were struggling to get our new dryer out of the truck and they came right over and got it down and even brought it all the way inside where we needed it. I offered to get them beer or give them
Money and they wouldn’t even take it. In the world we live in today this is hard to find and I would recommend them to anyone! So humble and kind!!!!!

I had the opportunity to interact with Ramirez Roofing while selling my house in Olathe earlier this month. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us out even when they knew there was a chance they wouldn’t get any work out of the ordeal (roofer had to be agreed upon with buyers). Mr. Ramirez himself was at our house when needed and Carol was there to help us out even late in the evening on her personal time. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. If it was fully up to us we would have chosen them in a heartbeat to put on our roof. The amount of effort they put in to help us out when we were in a bind to get a roof on before closing when they knew they may not get the work speaks volumes about how they run their business.
